Before started, the service guy said it will cost $1,000 over for fixing the garage. I told him its too much and i will cancel it. and he charged me $289 for nothing.The guy didn't even fix my garage door but charge me $289 for consultation. He will not leave if i don't give him $289. bad service ever and i will never use this again.
Your service rep, went right to work upon his arrival and within a short period of time he replaced 2 springs and s9me other minor adjustments. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the quickness in completing the job. Cost of repair I felt was reasonable as well. Thank You.
Service call time was between 10am to 12pm but the service was started past 1pm and completed by 3pm. Still, we were happy because the repair work was done within the day. It could have been 5 stars if the job was done as scheduled earlier in the day. And, Thank You for the advice on maintaining the garage door.
Mr. Natividad, We just spoke on the phone. We sincerely apologize for being late, but as I stated to you on the phone we did try to reach out to let you know via phone that Raymond had a flat tire and was running about and hour late but were unable to get through as your phone system was automated. No one picked up no matter who we tried to connect to it forwarded us to voicemail and we couldn't get a live person. Could have been that it was lunch time and no one was in the office but again we did try. We don't make excuses but some things are beyond our control and we strive to give 5 star service to all our customers. Again we apologize for being late. Thank you for your business.
