I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team for my rhinoplasty experience. From start to finish, the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to assist me. Traveling to a different country for surgery can be incredibly scary, but the surgeon made me feel so at ease from our first meeting. Any minor difficulties or questions I had were sorted immediately the support truly never stopped. This procedure has genuinely changed my life and boosted my confidence. absolutely amazing experience! such a professional , honest, dedicated team. i was so petrified before going to have my rhinoplasty, especially because i was going on my own, however, not once did i feel alone, in fact i received all the support and care which helped the procedure seem so less daunting. i am very happy with the results and i am already looking a going back to the same surgeon to have other treatments such as fat transfer.
I have previously written a review pre and just post surgery which I was very happy with. I am generally pleased with the work, however some areas were not done which i paid for. I have been flagging this since December 2025. I have been told the surgeon has now left and he done what he could. I can clearly see the lower back not being done, i have then said ask Gorkem to call me on this which has not happened. The simple response is the surgeon done what he could do, then i was costed for more surgery which is higher than other companies. This, to say the very least, is extremely disappointing. There is no accountability for the work. Advice - if you go here, only do very minimal work as they will not do all the areas agreed.
I’ve waited 11 weeks before doing a review as wanted to see my results to give a true opinion. I am extremely happy as received my before and after pictures yesterday and quite shocked at how much more youthful my skin looks. I looked at several clinics in Turkey who were all roughly in the same price bracket however, Dr Görkem, we were able to see face-to-face in London I had rhinoplasty some years back but was never truly happy with my results. I had been to 2UK based clinics for their opinion on a revision that was put off by their comment. Dr Görkem made the procedure seem too good to be true after what had been said to me so I was very sceptical. However, I am more than happy with what I’ve ended up with. The after-care alone was completely different with the aim of a very good recovery. (tissue inside the nose) and long lasting good effects. My deep Plane facelift has given me a fuller more youthful face and I also had a lip lift as I thought the mouth area was looking very old. Obviously now I have a good set of lips and the lines around my mouth have gone Dr Görkem’s team are beautiful people. They made us feel so very cared for, in particular Gulce, zaha (sorry for spelling) and Nilsu. Görkem was also very welcoming and they all made us feel that how we felt was very important to them. We were picked up and driven everywhere by the same Driver, which is nice when you’ve just had an operation and feel conscious the hospital was okay, I found the nurses to be young and slightly inexperienced as we had a little emergency which they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I was able to ring Dr Görkem’s team who immediately attended and sorted out for us. I think the language barrier didn’t help, but thankfully it’s only two days there and then into the hotel for the rest The stay. Having a facelift is something that has changed my life for the better, the day after the Op and the next day are definitely the worst… lack of appetite, some pain and discomfort, but once past those two days, I know I wasn’t going to regret what I had done. Everyone in the UK sees going into Turkey as slightly taboo but I 100% believe (from experience) that any future surgeries are now wouldn’t hesitate to go back based on the expertise, care and after-care of this company. I have since recommended two friends and even after, communication with gulce has been second to none to the point where she feels like a friend to me. The added bonus is that Dr Görkem regularly comes to the UK and I have already seen him once I find this alone very reassuring and was one of the major factors in deciding upon this Clinic. We have not regretted our decision, the pricing was fair and I believe Dr Görkem did more for me than he was supposed to, given me a full rhinoplasty instead of a revision. I would like to thank all of the staff, and I’m sorry if I missed people out (Toffee as well) for their care and attention, you all made the experience a really good one
I search far and wide for a great doctor with a fair price and found Dr Astal. I had a deep plane face and neck lift, and upper and lower bleph on 3 Nov 2025 with Dr Astal and couldn’t be happier. I can’t believe the amazing care and attention to detail I received from him and the entire team. From day one, I have received great support and the after care has been amazing. No matter what, they always answer your questions and Dr Astal continues to follow your process even months after the procedure. I highly recommend CLINISH/ Dr Astal…they are not just a clinic, they treat you like family.
From start to finish cannot fault this surgeon and his fabulous team. Reassured me from day one. I travelled alone for facelift and eyebrow lift with bleph. From picking up at airport to all my visits. My surgeon was lovely told me what was best for me etc. I must admit after surgery I did look like I was beaten up and I was quite anxious but you must just trust the process. I am about 10 weeks post and I actually think I look amazing. I did this for me and no one else so my opinion is all that matters. Would definitely recommend this surgeon and his marvellous team.
I had a breast augmentation on 12.05.2023 with Dr Ayse Kalay. From the beginning, I was very clear that I wanted a large size (around 600cc). I was reassured that this would be done. However, after the surgery, I discovered that much smaller implants were used, without proper explanation or agreement from me. The final result does not match what was promised or what I requested. Another serious issue was the lack of a written guarantee. When I left the clinic, they did not provide any guarantee documents, and no one made the effort to give them to me. Only after I left a negative review on Google Maps did they suddenly send the guarantee documents to my home in the UK. This should have been provided before I left the clinic, not after a bad review. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. My breasts look small and saggy, and the result is far from what I was expecting or agreed to. Overall, this experience has left me feeling misled and let down, both in terms of communication and professionalism. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
Dr.Gorkem and his team are amazing! From the initial consultation to the post-op care, I felt completely supported and informed. My nose looks so natural and fits my face perfectly. The recovery was smoother than I expected, thanks to their detailed instructions. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them!

I went to dr Gorkam Atsal clinic for rhinoplasty and my friend a breast augmentation. it’s been a year the results of my rhinoplasty are perfect, my friends breasts are insanely beautiful too. I’m booking to go back for a mid facelift and brow lift and wouldn’t go anywhere else for surgery , he’s a true artist x
Horrible experience - I had severe complications after undergoing surgery in his clinic an not only did they make me fly back home with a necrosis but they then disappeared and left me to on my own saying that "it happens".
If I could give a 100 star review I would! I came to Doctor Görkem from Utah, USA based on personal research and a gut feeling. My expectations were exceeded in every way from consultation, coordinated travel, appointments, hand holding and of course surgery. I found out that Doctor Gorkem’s name means charming and I can’t think of a better description of the man except perhaps artist and magician. I had 67 years of sun worship, stress and aging on my face along with a triple chin. I had deep plane face, chin and neck and upper and lower bleph. I can’t begin to explain how thrilled I am with absolutely everything. I told his amazing team that I will need to wear a nametag home because my family won’t recognize me at The airport. This has been such a blessing. The highest recommendation from me! Of course the value was amazing but in hindsight I can see that it was priceless

My experience was amazing. My procedure was a rhinoplasty. The team work really well together and are so welcoming, I was very nervous but they did amazing at reassuring me and calming me down. I loved the doctor’s work all over social media and knew I had to go to him! My results are absolutely perfect and I could not be happier! This is the second time myself and my husband have visited Dr Gorkem Astal's last year we both had upper and lower blepharoplasty the results are outstanding and subsequently we decided to embark on a journey that for a long time we had only discussed. For us these weren't decisions made on a whim but rather a thoughtful process aimed at feeling more confident and comfortable in own skin. I underwent a deep plane face and neck lift, while my husband had a hair transplant. We would like to take this opportunity to share our experiences to help others who might be considering similar or the same procedure. I had been noticing signs of aging on my face and neck that no amounts of skin care or at home treatments could address.After extensive research I decided on a deep plane face and neck lift was the option for me. The deep plane technique was explained to me by Dr Gorkem Astal this repositions the deeper tissues and muscles to the face which result in a more natural and long-lasting result compared to traditional lifts. The day of the surgery was a mix of excitement and nerves. The procedure was performed under general anaesthesia. The swelling is subsiding and I am thrilled to bits with how natural my face is looking. My Husband had been dealing with hair loss for a number of years which had a significant impact on his self-esteem. He decided to undergo a hair transplant a procedure that involved harvesting hair from a dense area to the balding area. His procedure was a follicular unit extraction (FUE) which is known for a less invasive recovery and no scaring. His experience from consultation to recovery was very different from mine. The procedure was done under local anaesthesia and he was awake for the entire time. He said it was a long day but not painful just a little uncomfortable at times especially sleeping, he has minor swelling and redness and the donor area was a little sore for a few days but he is now back to normal. His results are still in process of becoming fully apparent, as hair growth takes time, however he is already seeing new growth and his hairline looks incredibly natural. He is thrilled with the process so far and is already starting to feel more confident. It was helpful to have each other for support and understanding. We have learned that these decisions are deeply personal and finding the right doctor and also having realistic expectations are the key to a positive outcome. We are both very happy with our decisions and the results we have. If you are considering having cosmetic surgery, we hope our story provides a bit of insight and encouragement. I cannot rate Dr Gorken Astal and his dedicated team enough. They arrange everything for you, support you constantly and you don't have to worry about transfers accommodation, the accommodation was exceptional.

The team answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. While it’s still early to see the full results, I’ve already been getting compliments on the work which says a lot about their skill and professionalism. I travelled to Istanbul on the 17th of August and had my surgery with Dr. Görkem Atsal on the 19th of August 2025. I had a deep plane facelift, an upper and lower brow lift, and a neck lift. From the very first conversation with my medical consultant, Sahar, I felt completely looked after. She was so kind, patient, and helpful, always answering my questions and putting me at ease. When I arrived, I was met at the airport by a driver, and from that moment on everything was organised perfectly. The nurses and medical staff at the clinic were amazing — caring, attentive, and always there when I needed them. Dr. Görkem Atsal’s assistants were just as wonderful, making me feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. And of course, Dr. Görkem Atsal himself — what can I say? He is truly outstanding. His skill, professionalism, and the results he has given me have exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and I’m so grateful I chose him and his team. I can honestly say the whole experience was 5-star from start to finish. If you’re thinking about surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. Görkem Atsal and his team highly enough. They’ve given me not only incredible results but also an experience I’ll never forget.
The Most Abominable Experience of My life AVOID Gorkem Atsal & His “Team” I was promised a 30% flight cashback to have surgery with Dr. Gorkem Atsal. Instead, I was left with severe facial scarring, a ruined nose, and permanent disfigurement from poor technique and misplaced incisions. When a highly respected revision surgeon emailed concerns about my results and a request for the surgical report his team ignored the warning. Instead he was blocked. I was told to “give it time”for the healing — the classic excuse used to downplay botched, unskilled work in the hope the patient will stop complaining. Atsal Gaslighting! Rather than fixing the damage, they blocked me, issued legal threats, and tried to intimidate me into silence. I have an audio recording from a woman in Queensland, Australia; a tall blonde who admits she receives kickbacks from the Atsal crew. This confirms what I now believe: their priority is profit, not patient safety just PROFIT. The way his promoters describe the industry as “cut-throat” suddenly makes sense , they’ll do whatever it takes to get you on the table, regardless of outcome. I have since spoken to many women with equally devastating results… misplaced incisions, failed facelifts, botched neck lifts, and permanent scarring. The so-called “after-care” is nothing more than damage control for botched work. This was the most abominable experience I have ever endured. I have documentation, photos, and recordings to support every claim. My sincere warning: do not risk your face, health, or safety with this surgeon or his team.
