I had an arm lift in 2025 last march ,yasemin was absolutely fantastic,she handled everything,from what procedure i was having to arrranging hotel ,surgery and prices ,and all information,the staff at hospital were great to ,constantly communicating with me and the care before and after was amazing,they were so kind / friendly and supportive throughout,even 6 months after my operation they still checked on me via watsapp ,would highly recommend this place ,my surgeon was amazing to ,my arms had started to sag and had cellulite and were flabby underneath,this started happening when i hit 50 years old and was in my menaphause,i couldnt stand the look of my arms no more ,i tryed everything,so surgery it was ,i was thier for 1 week and the results were absolutely amazing ,best thing ive done ,had to have arms in bandage for 6 to 8 weeks ,so would definitely get done in winter ,the stiching was amazing,and only a year later and u can hardly see it now ,i would like to say a big thankyou to everyone,and am now going back to have my old implants out ,that ive had for 24 years ,an uplift and new implants in ,i will out pics of that to xxx i would highly recommend this place x
I used this company to have full, top and bottom dental implants after suffering for years with my teeth. With hindsight, I wish I had the treatment years before.
From the very first contact with Yasemin, who was very informative and communicated very promptly, through to the dental care I recieved at their dental surgery, the service was first rate.
On both of my two visits, their logistics (being collected at the airport, choice of hotel, being informed when and being taken to and from the surgery) worked like clockwork.
Whilst I cannot say receiving the dental treatment was pleasant, I can say I experience little to no pain with only mild discomfort. Great pain control.
I am so pleased with the final outcome. My implants feel and look great and certainly are far better than my own teeth were before the surgery.

I’m still healing and don’t have my final results yet. However, I’m pretty satisfied with Dr Görkem Atsal and his team assisting with my surgeries. I have deep plane face and neck with upper and lower blepharoplasty done by Dr Gorkem. Dr Gorkem is very kind and attentive, professional and caring. I’m pretty satisfied with my results (surgery was performed 1 month ago). His care coordinator Sia assisted me every step of this journey and made it so much easier by answering all my questions and concerns very quickly. Nilsu and Shery, my translators, were very helpful and caring and kind. Wonderful surgeon and person
I recently had a deep plane face and neck lift with Dr. Atsal, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Atsal is an excellent surgeon — skilled, precise, and genuinely warm and caring throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt confident every step of the way.
The whole team around him deserves just as much praise. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel looked after, from the first consultation through to aftercare — kind, attentive, and reassuring at every turn.
What really stood out was the transparency: everything was included, with no hidden costs cropping up along the way. The accommodation was lovely, and transfers were smooth and efficient, which made the whole trip stress-free.
I'd happily recommend Dr. Atsal to anyone considering this procedure, and I'd return without hesitation in the future.
Before booking my surgery, I read every review I could find—including some negative ones. I’ll admit, they made me question whether I should go through with traveling to Turkey. I’m so glad I didn’t let my fears make the decision for me. I chose Dr. Görkem Atsal for my deep plane face and neck lift with upper/lower bleph and temporal brow lift. The coordinators were always available to answer my questions, the transportation and accommodations were well organized, and I felt cared for throughout my stay. Dr Gorkem checked in on me multiple times.
Recovery is a journey, things take time to heal swelling goes down dents smooth out etc. and there were multiple times when I had questions or worries- and thought omg what is happening but

Brilliant facelift results at Dr Gorkem Atsal’s clinic
I had a Deep Plane Facelift, Temporal Lift, Neck Lift, and Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr Atsal and his team in May 2025. I found Dr Atsal and his team to be charming and delightful. Surgery went well and after my surgery any concerns and problems were swiftly dealt with. After healing I was left with a slight wrinkle under my left eye. Dr Atsal’s team booked me in for a minor revision under local anaesthetic, and also gave me some laser resurfacing treatment. I was most impressed with the results of my initial surgery and also the fact that Dr Atsal was happy to carry out such minor revision surgery within a couple of weeks of my request. I cannot recommend him enough, he is, in my opinion, an artist.

4 weeks ago I had a deep plane face lift, neck lift and upper and lower bleph.
I had lost 35 kg and my face looked so old.
From the time l contact the amazing consultant Sahar, I felt completely comfortable. Dr Gorkem Astal is absolutely so kind and caring and did a sensational job. I look 20 years younger.
I had no issues, and all his staff were kind, caring and helpful, nothing was an issue. I miss them all so much Sahar, Sherry and Nilsu xxx .
I felt like family and was treated like a queen.
I highly recommend contacting Sahar, if you are wanting not only a face lift but they also can arrange other cosmetic surgery. I had a mummy makeover whilst I was there as well.
From transportation, tests, hospital, amazing hotel and all his staff are there for you and all spoke perfect English. I can't recommend them enough
I made the decision to use Dr Gorkem Atsal and his staff in clinic because my ex-husband had used them in February 2026. Upon his return to the States and the results while healing, was what enticed me to have the work done myself. I had a deep plane facelift and the fat pockets removed from under my eyes. The service that the clinic provided in terms of transportation, accommodations, breakfast every morning, surgery, anesthesiologist and the hospital stay were way beyond what I had anticipated. In the doctor's advertisements that I got to see while still in the States that showed the cost was exactly what the cost was and no hidden fees whatsoever. Everything they claim to do they did. The doctor and all of his staff treat you like royalty and family and you could not ask for more. Any questions were either answered in person or on WhatsApp. I knew what I wanted done however I remember hearing the doctor say that once we were in surgery, if he saw something that needed correcting, he would do that. What I did not expect was that along with my face eyes and neck, he did my decollette as well. It was an outstanding job. The doctor's hands and ability are exceptional. I know that we read that perhaps these reviews are paid for but I am here to tell you that I'm not being paid for this review and I am most happy and pleased to leave this review for anybody contemplating using Dr Atsal. I am now 3 weeks post-surgery and almost daily take pictures and send them to the clinic so they can see my progress. They always respond and let me know that I appear to be healing well and on schedule.
It was important to me to meet with my surgeon before the procedure. Dr Gorkem Astal and his delightful team visit the UK frequently to meet with potential patients and previous patients for aftercare and assessment. Dr Gorkem Astal is just wonderful he made me feel supported, and we discussed the various procedures I requested. He was hands-on, feeling the structure of my skin and assessing what I needed to achieve the desired result. I was given a quote that basically covered everything. Once booked I had WhatsApp communication for any questions I had before travel. About a week before I was contacted and given another WhatsApp group of the team that would be looking after me. On arrival, I was collected and taken to the hotel and picked up early the following morning. After a medical check-up, blood, chest X-ray etc. I met again with Dr Gorkem. He put me at my ease and was very reassuring. My hole experience was positive I was well looked after and in contact with the team for the duration of my trip. I met again with Dr Gorkem for post-surgery assessment and was offered a CO2 laser at no extra cost. All my meds and sunblock were given to me before leaving. I have been in contact frequently as the team request photos of your healing process. Now 12 weeks on, I'm thrilled with my results. I still have active internal healing which is normal. I met with Dr Gorkem Astal yet again In London for a check up and will see again next time he is in the UK. I highly recommend this Board certified surgeon. Caroline
I was booked in with Dr Gorkem for a neck lift. And from the minute i arrived in istanbul they did not send me a welcome message or anything, or didn’t even want to speak about my surgery until 2 days before i was due to have it because apparantly they were to busy with other people. So something felt off with these guys and i started doing my research properly… after typing his name on facebook people were saying how he’s botched their faces and not to go with him. so i then typed his name on google and searched if he was on the botched list and he is quite high up on there and people saying how these guys pay for good reviews and followers etc… I didn’t feel comfortable so i cancelled and went with one of the top rated surgeons in istanbul Dr Güray. He told me that Lipo suction would work great on me and a neck lift isn’t required. Dr Gorkem said Lipo wouldn’t be successful on my neck and i require a neck lift which seems to me like they just want more money out of you. I’ve got neck tattoos and Dr gorkem said how none of my neck tattoo would be effected with a neck lift where Dr Güray who i went with told me a neck lift would pull the tattoo up behind my ears which i wouldn’t want!
I would seriously do your research guys before going with Dr Gorkem because they tell you what you want to hear! I believe he probably has done some good surgeries on people but the amount of people saying he’s botched them totally changed my mind! Dig deeper doing research you’ll find a lot and be surprised!!

Service and treatment beyond my wildest expectations!
This is the most difficult review I have ever written, as nothing I could put words would accurately describe the most incredible experience I had with Dr.Gorman and his amazing staff. The DrGorkem experience was all inclusive with surgeries, transportation, and hotel accommodations included in the price. There were no “hidden fees”! I will go into more detail about my experience, but to synopsize my extremely positive journey, I would have to say it was beyond imagination, beyond belief, and beyond my expectations. My entire experience would necessitate “1 million stars to rate my overall experience”. I would not look or consult with any other facial or body rejuvenation clinic other than Dr.Gorkem Atsal Clinic. If you did, you would be wasting your time on inferior treatment with ridiculously inflated prices. I told Dr.Gorkem and his staff they could provide my contact information if someone needed to hear a real evaluation outside of what is written in this review section.
I carefully researched cosmetic and rejuvenation clinics and locations worldwide to find the best surgeon and clinic for my procedures. I researched clinics in the US, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil, and Türkiye. The US and South Korea had prices that were in line with each other and for my particular set of surgeries, they would cost $40-$50,000. Mexico and Brazil were less expensive than the US and South Korea.
My research kept returning me to Turkiye for quality at a fair price. There was a general website that put me in contact with several surgeons. I completed the required preliminary information for the website and waited for any response. I went to sleep at 10 PM and when I awoke there was a WhatsApp message from Yasemin at the Dr. Gorkem Atsal Clinic. The message was sent only three hours after my initial contact! That quick response truly impressed me. I read the message and provided additional information and photos of me for the cost estimate and evaluation for any other services they thought might enhance my goals.
The next message I received from Yasemin and was shortly after 7 AM stating Dr.Gorkem had reviewed my history and photos, and his recommended surgery plan with cost. I was extremely surprised at the very reasonable cost for the surgeries I wanted to do at 1/3 the cost of the US! Keep in mind I am a 70 year old male and nature and physics aged my looks. So this was not just a simplistic set of surgeries I needed to restore my more youthful appearance.
Yasemin was assigned as my primary contact person and she was amazing. First, Yasemin‘s communication was more often in a matter of minutes and not hours like I would’ve expected. Yasemin was truly my personal concierge that was always available. Yasemin scheduled my surgery dates, hotel accommodations, transportation, and even helped me with my Turkish Airlines flights! I honestly had to do nothing other than book my flights and send funds for the surgeries! Yasemin did it all!
I arrived in Istanbul Turkiye the day before my surgery. Yasemin‘s instructions of what to do once I arrived at the airport were detailed, concise, and 100% accurate. The shuttle met me at the airport and within 30 minutes I was at the G hotel which is a very nice, clean, and modern hotel with a nice front desk staff.
The following day, the shuttle picked me up at the G and I met with my first consultant, Nilsu, who was so sweet, and friendly. Nilsu was at my side during the entire hospital registration process which was extremely efficient and fast. When I met with Dr. Gorkem, he was so nice, friendly, welcoming and had a huge smile. Dr. Gorkem made me feel relaxed and special and his evaluation of my surgery needs were very explanative and in terms I could understand. Within 90 minutes, I was in surgery and on my way to my reborn appearance!
The hospital staff was attentive and professional and due to an added surgery to my original plan, I spent three nights at the hospital. The hospital was very clean and everyone was so polite!
I had 4 personal consultants during my hospital stay, Nilsu, Sherri, Assia, and Sahar. They all looked like supermodels and we’re soo nice, caring,,and sweet! They visited me throughout the day and evening. Dr.Gorkem visited me every morning to check my progress, greeting me with a hug and his signature huge smile. Dr. Gorkem had an outstanding kind bedside manner but was professional. Dr. Gorkem was was truly awesome and amazing!
In addition to my facial surgery, I had a hair transplant and dental work. All services coordinated by Dr. Gorkem Atsal Clinic. Talk about one stop shopping! The entireprocess was so smooth!

I had a deep plane face lift in addition to a thigh lift. From the very y conversation with the associates to the team assigned to me including Dr. Gorkem, the body surgeon and the hair transplant team everyone was professional respectful kind and attentive. The level of care and compassion I received truly made a difference in my experience. Dr. Gorkem was involved in every aspect of my stay which gave me a great sense of confidence and comfort. This expierence couldn’t have been any better he has his own clinic with 11-12 Medical team members that makes your journey go smooth .
My Daughter went with me we were picked up at the airport in a luxury Mercedes limo taken to out hotel The G Hotel I was in my own group chat from beginning to end on what’s app that how we kept up to date with pick up appts etc . We had dinner in the G Italy at the hotel and it was to die for especially the deserts we also met with the chef . The next morning March 5 we were picked up taken to the hospital where I had blood work done , ct scan , x rays all in about 45 min from the time we arrived I was in my room ready to be taken in surgery. there was a bed for me and one for my daughter she was able to stay with me for my 2 nights stay and both me and her was given three meals each day . I had around the clock care because of his team they came morning noon and night to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything they also brought us Turkish coffee and tea along with deserts and coffee from outside . DrGorkem Atsel visited me 2 times each day I was there, his bedside manner was a 10 . We were taken back to our hotel apt which included kitchen with full size fridge ,stove top , dishwasher , living room bedroom abd bathroom which included a dual washer /dryer that also had laundry detergent.
We were in need of nothing their is also a star bucks and convienent store and Burger King and 10 min taxi ride to Istanbul mall . All you can eat buffet Breakfast was included each morning at the hotel . I was picked up the 9 th from hotel to Dr Gorkem Atsal clinic where they removed my stitches and did c02 on my face for free inc with the pkg and a led heated face massager to take home , we toured his clinic met with him after and he did my check up everything was great the healing was going well they also gave me a big bottle of moisturizer, spf and anti scar cream . I also got to see him the day we left before we were taken to the airport I can honestly say this man and his team couldn’t have done a better job I have to note if you are looking to get any surgery done make sure you do your research because while we were their we met patients their from all over the world getting procedures done by other surgeons and three patients who had the same lady surgeon only had one person on her team and these patients did not get the after care they were expecting they were happy with their surgery but not the after care .
