I had second thoughts on getting tickets here and wanted to get some decent seats. I was able to go back as I could not see myself spending over 1K for seats and went back to get seats I could afford.

The worst experience EVER!!

The worst experience EVER! I bought 2 tickets to a concert. I confirmed my tickets were transferred to the AXS app prior to getting to the entrance. When I pulled up the tickets to scan they wouldn’t. They tried a couple of different times. The attendant refreshed the app and poof! They disappeared. They apologized and said there was nothing they could do. My $494.00 was gone. They said that’s why you shouldn’t use any other app but the band’s or the venues. A hard lesson learned. After spending at least 2 hours in the chat with Gotickets they apologized and said they are going to launch an investigation and get back to me in 3-5 days. I will update this review when I hear back from them with a decision.

Lizel, Walked me through the entire process of finding my tickets online. Im not very good at the Ticket platform and I never saw a link to where Lizel found the tickets She had had great knowledge of the online path and had do do a little trouble shooting. Lizel showed great listening , was very patient , polite and professional. Thank you for your help

This company is a total RIP OFF!

DO NOT BUY from this Company! I purchased tickets @ $66 each, only to find out the same tickets were being sold on the venue's website for $27, my ticket even reflects a $27 price! I attempted to cancel 3 hours after the order was placed, but could only chat AI. Any rating above a 1 is bogus & likely generated by someone benefiting from the exaggerated price. Should've paid more attention to the lower ratings. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again. I will be submitting this review on every platform that I find. This should not be allowed.

They are unscrupulous

They are unscrupulous. I searched the direct venue and got directed to their site and did not realize until too late. They know what they are doing is a scam and will not cancel the transaction. Be careful. Paid the price for not paying attention to about 2 1/2 times what the direct venue is selling them. Very pissed 😡

It was a great experience when I took my granddaughters to see a show. Unfortunately, I don't remember name of show or year. But the experience was fun for my granddaughters and for myself.

My experience so far is good. Actually this is my first show at Fox or any live show in more than 10 years. I am very excited about seeing Hamilton on stage.
