Spent over 1200 dollars for a pair of tickets directly in front of the stage for Usher / Brown concert . On the day of my tickets were moved to another section at the side of the stage with poor visual of performances and when I checked these tickets were half the cost of my already inflated ticket price .. customer service basically said bite me you got got ... go to Ticketmaster directly please ..

I was deceived into thinking I was…
I was deceived into thinking I was buying tickets directly from the Hollywood Bowl. Ended up on GoTickets but the site did not specify this was a broker site. I purchased the tickets and when I received the receipt I realized something was amiss. Went into Hollywood Bowl again and same section tickets were half the price to purchase direct. I immediately attempted to get a refund from GoTickets and dealt with their chat and was refused any refund (10 minutes after initial purchase). I am now using my bank to help with the refund based on this deception.

GoTicket's business model is CLEARLY that of a MONEY WHxRx. I am confident you can decode this characterization. GoTickets charges 50% more than the actual price of the tickets if purchased directly. GoTickets depends on the ignorance of the customer base. GoTickets deserves to go out to business ASAP!!!!!
