Tix promised day before show?
Price was competitive early on. Tickets weren't promised until the day before the show. If plans change, you are SOL unless you buy the insurance. Can't resell tickets you don't have, and prices on other sites were significantly cheaper as time went on. I was able to share the link with one friend who was coming later to the show.
I did get my tickets the morning before the show and they did work. But I would have preferred to have them earlier and in my Ticketmaster account. So GoTickets fulfilled their obligation and the guarantee was spot on. 2nd time using them (first time tix arrived within a week and price was competitive with other sites) but I think I'll stick with TM and SH for future events.
I purchased concert tickets to see Barry Manilow. GoTickets tries to trick you into thinking you are actually using Ticketmaster. After i purchased 2 tickets, GoTickets did transfer the tickets to Ticketmaster, and I received them from Ticketmaster and added them to my digital wallet. Six days before the concert, GoTickets CANCELLED MY TICKETS. Ticketmaster refused to help because they said GOTICKETS is the one who cancelled them. GoTickets absolutely refused to make it right, refused to provide me new tickets, and refused to give me a refund. They kept my $160 and provided no tickets. That is out and out theft, fraud and a scam. What makes this even worse is the concert had been previously postponed due to Barry’s health, so my credit card company, Citi Card, refused to reverse the credit card charges because the transaction was older than 4 months. This was such blatant fraud and people really need to be behind bars for what they are doing.
