You can easily put together the package that this company sells to you at home. They had left me with the impression that this service was to obtain a passport. It is NOT. It just serves as a money pit to getting document ready. You can do all of what they offer online at home for free. They don't set up your appointment for the passport. They don't make getting a passport easier, they just add extra steps that cost you more and more money, with very little return for your spent dollars. I mistakenly purchased a package from here and ended up using the one I created myself, as their documents were not accepted at my local post office. BUYER BEWARE!! THIS IS A MONEY PIT.
