They say on their advertisement that they will get you a passport, but in reality, all they do is fill out the paperwork that you can fill out yourself at the post office. They don’t take a photo so they charge you $69 just to fill out the paperwork for you and mail it to you. What a rip off.

Everything was very easy to use except supplying you with a picture for the passport. It was very hard to either get a picture you accepted or take a picture that either you said had shadows . Dscusk expression , not close enough not far enough. It took me 15 + tries even asking someone to take it for me a few times. If not for that you would have received all 5 stars.

I am 80 years old and not tech savvy so I was afraid to try this but I have completed this and will be waiting for my packet so I can add my photo and submit everything in hopes that I have done everything correctly.
