Scheduling was easy. A woman called me directly to confirm pick up date and location. Even were able to get me from a very close by hotel vs. airport. Our driver, Petre, was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing transportation services.

Great driver! We would definitely use this shuttle service again. He kept in contact with us while we waited at the baggage area in Miami for an hour and half to get our luggage.

This service was excellent. I was contact to confirm the day before by email. The driver, Daniel, contacted me the morning of my reservation. We was great!! Easy and personable. I will definitely use Go Shuttle again!!

The driver placed my suitcases on the sidewalk and not at my door. I opened my unlocked gate and pulled them inside. For that service I could have paid an Uber driver. Piss Poor service
We're sorry that you felt our driver should have brought the bags to your door. We do assist with luggage to get bags in and out of the vehicle, but we do not take bags directly to a door. We do appreciate your feedback and we will take this into consideration for additional service amenity option.

Excellent transportation service from the cruise ship to the airport. My driver, MD A Rahmann was professional, on time, and very friendly. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and he helped make the trip stress-free after our cruise. They also gave helpful suggestions and pointed out interesting scenery along the way. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing transportation.

My driver MD was amazing!!!! So friendly and helpful. He was on time, in fact he came early when I called and asked him to and he brought waters for all of us and helped with luggage. The whole round trip experience was great.
