We paid extra for meet up at baggage…
We paid extra for meet up at baggage claim. The driver finally found us, grabbed 2 of our bags and said follow him. He then took off and we had to walk through the airport to the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Please note that I have mobility issues and cannot walk long distances. He then left us to retrieve the car. We finally arrived at the port terminal, only for him to drop us as far from the entrance as possible. I would not recommend this driver

Hi Mary, thank you for sharing your feedback. Meet & Greet service will meet you at baggage claim and assist with luggage, but the walk to the car and where the vehicle can be staged or parked is determined by airport rules. We will work with our teams to ensure communication is improved and apologize for the challenges you experienced.

Excellent Transport Service
I arranged for two vans to accommodate our group. Because of weather delays I had to change the place and date of the pickup. From the original booking to the updated pickup everything went very smoothly. Our drivers Jose and Zacharie were professional and very helpful and their vehicles were in excellent condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Thank you, John! We're so glad to hear that your group transfers went well.
We had a reservation to take us to the airport from the Miami cruise port. On the day, traffic in the area was horrific, estimated a 30 minute ride to 2 1/2 hours. It was a mess. The company was in constant contact and adamant about finding us a driver. The driver Juan Carlos was wonderful. He kept us informed and never gave up picking us up and getting us to our destination. Greatly appreciated!!!!
