What people say

This platform is a SCAM.

This platform is a SCAM. I lost my phone and tried using this service to locate it. To proceed, I was required to link my GCash account. They deducted ₱1 at first, which I assumed was just for verification. The platform did NOT locate my phone or number. Then suddenly, ₱599 was automatically deducted from my GCash without clear notice that I was subscribing to anything. There was no clear warning about recurring charges. When I tried to cancel the subscription, it was impossible. The cancel button redirects you to a third-party platform called TryHelp. But that platform does NOT work. It keeps replying: “The service is abnormal. Please try again later.” So basically: • They charge you ₱599. • You cannot cancel. • The third-party cancellation system is broken. • Email support tells you to cancel through the same non-working platform. This is clearly designed so users cannot cancel and continue getting charged. That is deceptive and unacceptable. I strongly believe this platform operates as a scam. Be very careful before linking your GCash or any payment method.

I wished I went here first

I wished I went here first. The same thing happened to me. They asked for 1$ for registration so I agreed. The scariest thing is that they simply ask for 1$ then they will open the portal to whatever banking app you are using so most transactions happen away from them. So pin code, otp verification are done within your banking app for the 1$ transaction. A few days later I was billed 10$ as there was less than 20$ in my account. Imagine if there were 100$ I would've lost 50. But see where the scary part is now? No online auto-debit form was shown to me by the banking app. It didn't ask me if I allow "GPSLocator" a monthly billing for a set amount. It just did it themselves. I tell you when this happens, the last thing you can do is to file a report and that's it. No refunds. I hope others read this. I hope in the future, browser AI is strong enough that they can shows us how trustful a website is based on reviews from feedback websites like Trustpilot here. As an IT I feel ashamed of my carelessness.
