The stoles were as ordered; they were of great quality and came faster than expected. Everyone loved how the embroidery and colors turned out!
Thanks for your great review I am glad everyone loved them!
Product was wonderful, design was very intuitive and the customer support was great!
Thanks ! I am so happy that you were satisfied with your stoles, see you next time!
Product was AMAZING. However customer service was a bit difficult. I had sent an email just asking for an update on delivery, I knew I had been told a specific time frame but I had a simple question on delivery and was responded with you were told this and we have only had the order for 14 days. Which I completely understand, but asking if I could just get an update as to if the order would be delivered in the early days of the time frame or that later is a simple question.
I am glad you're satisfied with the product, We will work on more accurate updates for delivery times. Doreen

The service is prompt and helpful, and the stoles came out beautifully. They are higher quality than the other vendors, for less money. Their stoles have been consistently good for years.

I love the relationship we've built and trust Doreen to give me great product, price and follow through. I think we've been using Graduation Stoles for 8 years now and wouldn't change a thing. This year I couldn't find the box that was delivered, and Doreen was helping with tracking, was on email and the phone helping me track it down. It ended up someone at my college had received it and put it somewhere off the beaten path, so it was found but I totally appreciated the time and effort Doreen put into helping me.
OMG Thanks so Much, well at least we solved a problem! I appreciate you!. We appreciate your loyalty to us also! Doreen
Always great to work with. Reliable and quality products for a great price!
