This place is a scam. I ordered a hat with lights in it for my husband for Fathers Day and it never was delivered. They say it was delivered but my husband never got his gift so it wasn’t delivered. Don’t ever order from them. And they wouldn’t refund me.
I ordered the item thinking it would come with a 3 pin plug configuration but it came with a 2pin continental pne. I’ve managed ok as I have the necessary adapter.
I did think that as I ordered its in the UK they would have sent a UK version.
Very fast delivery and kept me up to date with delivery time scale , process from buying to delivery was superb 👍👍 👍
Item I bought looks good, well made from pictures sent to me as I’m working away from home just now .
Do not trust this company. I’m so mad at myself for not doing the research first. I ordered the College Survival gift card book back in March and realized it never came. After several emails the company claimed they had no order. I sent a copy of the receipt and charge from the bank. Then they said the post office delivered it and to check with them. We have locked mailboxes. They won’t hold our mail. Still nothing. No refund or item resent. Go to Etsy if you want something like this. Do not trust this fraudulent company who does not care about customer service.
I placed an order in April and it sat in customs in Italy for weeks, according to the order tracking. I kept checking the tracking and it never got to the United States until late May. It was transferred to the USPS and the tracking number said it was delivered. I did not receive the order and, after 10 emails back and forth with customer service, I finally went to PayPal for a refund. They were great and in the middle of JUNE, refunded my money without any question two months later! The next day, I got an email from Greatlikely customer service that they were refunding my money. I don't know why I had to be put through all of these questions, copies of tracking numbers, and accusations that I was looking for a free $20 flag when the flag was never delivered in the first place. They have horrible customer service, poor customer response, and it took me two months to get my money back with no help from them!
I had no idea the flag was in Ireland...it took 1 month to arrive...a grommet tore lose when installing it on the flag staff...very thin material...low quality!
I'm still waiting on my made in AMERICA Flag flag. It's in the United States
I'm still waiting on my made in AMERICA Flag. I just saw all the bad reviews. I didn't know that it wasn't made America. Now I feel scammed. Its in the USA now, and I was charged more than they said.
Bought the item from online ad. Claimed made in the USA, certified. First flag was the sales tax they charged was 5 times what it should have been, sent message & they refunded that portion. After days I finally got a tracking number, item in a country 4000 miles away, supposedly. When I questioned them as to why a product made in USA is in another country. Of course they lied & said they have warehouses all around the "Globe" and send from the closest warehouse to me. Needless to say 10 days later my item is still 4000 miles away. Read the reviews on this company before you deal, this seems to be a normal practice with this company. Definitely not a USA made product if coming from somewhere other than the USA. My research shows "CHINA". Should have known.
