We love Great Start Karate!
We love Great Start Karate!
My daughter is on her third year with the program and we are still telling all our friends about it! Classes are structured, informative and made for virtual engagement. Students develop their karate and athletic skills along with real life lessons. The Sensei’s are talented and truly inspirational athletes. Meeting new friends from all over the world while cozy at home is an added bonus.
Sensei Jan offers free (actually free!) introductory lessons to see if it is a good fit for your child - I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity. My daughter was hooked from day 1!

Great positive, structured program!
I've known Jan, the founder, for years and she's incredible with kids. She really understands how to make learning fun while still teaching discipline and respect. Great Start Karate is everything she stands for - positive, structured, and full of heart.
For families searching for a homeschool PE solution that actually works, I recommend GSK. My grandsons had never taken an online PE class before, so we were skeptical — but the experience was outstanding. The classes are structured, the instruction is clear, and fun! They’ve loved it from day one. I would highly recommend GSK!
