Support is great! Follow up with me to help me keep on track….staff and customer service is excellent..
Very helpful and supportive even when things got stressful for me.
Waiting too long for response. Trying to get greenpath to inform my bank of closure of contract: waited for response and contact who answered told me someone would call me back - I believe this was 7/16- no one did. I am still waiting for someone to contact me and the bank
I was felt like I was out of options and hopeless. After talking to the counselor, they were understanding and compassionate and gave us hope. We had a plan and a goal by the time we hung up the phone. The processes has been smooth and transparent.
Staff very nice overall all my questions and needs where answered and taken care of
My counselor was very thorough and patient explaining the whole process to me.
very easy. met with empathy and advice.
This is my second experience with your Institution; since the first one was great, I chose to come back to you, as simple as it is.
The knowledge and experience that the person worked with me and help me in every way I needed
I am new my program just started but I have absolutely good experience about the program and the customer support.
Dani was extremely helpful and explained everything to me and answered my questions. I feel relieved to be dealing with Green Path. Thank you!
Great customer service
My representative was calm and helpful. No pressure but the help I needed.
Your team was very supportive and made great recommendations for navigating this chapter in my life. They explained how the system works and how it can help, and provided a fairly comprehensive list of ways to navigate financial hardships - including the Pros/Cons. Good people to have in your corner during a personal economic downturn.
Many DIY account and customer service procedures require you, the client to call. Twenty minutes on hold, at a minimum. They have a callback option but I have experienced problem issues in that if you don't pick up the call back in two rings, it goes directly to voicemail and they don't try to call you again again. You just get a voicemailmessage like, "This is Jasmine. Call us anytime at 866.... and you are returned again to the VERY beginning. My DMP was set to begin 10 days ago, but Greenpath mis-entered one digit of my account number. I politely brought this error to their attention, but does the company take ownership and fix things. No, of course not. Some vague do-over process was initiated, no substantive information, no update, and yes, time to call again. I called Friday afternoon, but didn't reach anyone because they close early on Fridays and the Eastern times on which they operate offer no help to a client in Pacific time zone. Forgot to call Saturday, they are closed on Sundays so Hello Monday morning. Because the call back feature has been problematic before,I did not select it. I waited on hold for TWO HOURS then the system proceeded as if I had. Another better part of an hour passed, and the call came in. Two rings, went to VM, and I was returned to the VERY beginning once again. I have been on hold for 49 minutes so far. It's 11:30 AM, and I am pushing the four hour mark of time spent just today, no light in sight. They qualify as non-profit, but they charge 15% of what you owe as their fee. That's non-profit? It's the greed and insufficient staffing of the organization that is to blame. Customer service is usually remote, they are not empowered to help, and they are insufficiently trained. In a club with myriad organizations doing the same BS with customer service access, GREENPATH IS THE WORST: the longest wait times, systemic failure to take ownership of problems they create, instead engaging in a culture of self-congratulatory posturing. Thumbs down. My time on hold for this round just passed the one-hour mark. A team member will be with me soon and they appreciate my patience. The heck they do. My two-star rating was generous. JULY 27, 2026 UPDATE On my third call-in attempt today, I finally hit gold. A team member named Nicole skillfully dead what everyone before her should have done, but didn't. She listened, she understood, and she took ownership of the problem. Nicole did want to talk to resolve my problem, and she did it in such a caring and professional and effective manner that all I can say is that THIS is the way to approach customer service. More great people like Nicole, and fewer hours and obstacles required when trying to reach customer service. Those are my two suggestions.
I was able to get excepted for green path to help me with my Walgreens master debit card to be able to have lower payments on my card, and be able to stay current with them, eventually pay it all off.
Just signed up and I’ve had no issues thus far. It was easy and hopefully I will be out of debt sooner than I thought
