The representative did not sound empathetic or caring. His tone of voice and commentary gave the impression that he does not like his job, which is never encouraging especially in this field where people are in financial crisis. I could hear his bland facial expression through the phone and almost felt his eyes rolling. Still, I am grateful he was able to assist me.
When you call or go online you can always find the help you need. They are very supportive and helpful great experience so far! Thanks

The person whom I spoke with, Anjelica, took her time to understand my situation and gather the information needed to begin the processes of getting my case underway. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and did not make me feel ashamed of the mess my finances are in. I am thankful that I was able to work with such a caring and compassionate individual.
Amazing. All my questions answered. This service has paid for itself and I’ve only just started. My first proposal accepted as is and the money I’m saving on just this one account covers green paths tiny monthly fee. I have 5 accounts including a secure loan w/lien to my car & they were able to work that into my DMP and I keep my car. I’m so excited I went this path & not by way of consolidation whom made false promises (Apple) or bankruptcy route. I’m 60k deep and will be debt free in 5 yrs or less thanks to GP. Their app is user friendly & the CS agents all extremely helpful. My only regret is not finding them sooner!!
Getting started with GreenPath was made easy by the great staff. They are so upbeat, so helpful, so encouraging. Communication is great; the client portal is well-organized. I could always talk to someone very quickly.
The process to becoming less stressed was so quick and easy. I made one phone call and within 20 minutes Britney had taken all my information on debts, income, monthly bills. A few minutes later she had given me a rough estimate of what my debt management plan would be. I was them able to go online and complete the necessary forms. My DMP was spot on and is honestly a life saver! Greenpath withdraws the payment from my checking account each month and pay my debts on time. My payment is much lower and I'll be out of debt so much sooner. Greenpath is wonderful. They are amazing to work with, amazing at lowering debt, and amazingly friendly people.
