I thought DP (Donald) did a fantastic job with keeping everyone engaged during the training. I really enjoyed the exercises we did to make everyone understand (as close as possible) how to apply things in real life. Overall I am very happy with the training and feel confident that I will do well on the exam.
D.P. was such a great coach and facilitator for the course! Whether you’re starting out or even a vet, D.P. ensures to engage all levels with engaging, insightful, and valuable facilitation! Definitely trying to find another course to take with him!
The structure of the class was perfect, & the coach, David Bulkin, was clearly invested in the success of his students. I was honestly worried when I read that this was not a presentation style class, but that worry was soon assuaged minutes into the first day of class. The hands on learning was exactly what I didn't know that I needed. Between the 4 classes & a few days reviewing the provided material, I am thrilled to say that I passed the CSM exam my first attempt - at 100%! Much thanks & hope to take additional courses in the future!
