I’m on a GLP-1 as I desperately needs to loose weight to get get two surgeries done, but the only real side effect I have experience with my current trizepitide dose is constipation as the drug calms both the food noise and desire to hydrate. It seemed even when I do source water it wasn’t enough. I had heard through social media about Gruns as a companion to good gut health particularly paired with a GLP-1 and they were right! There are still some days where I will have to take an additional stool softener or laxative but my tummy is a lot happier with me with the gGruns. Try it out if you are in the same boat! I prefer the sugar free original gummies. They are plenty y sweet so I have never felt the need to try the ones either sugar. I did try the temporary strawberry flavor but they were not my favorite. They had an after taste for me so I went back to the original. I did order the new berry but have not tried it yet and I have also tried the Lemon Nutrosrops but not sure I have felt the effects claimed for it. Hard to measure with my surgeries and recovery and changes in schedule. Try the sugar free Fruns though!

I love these little green "gems!" They are such a great way to get all my greens, which helps because I know I don't get enough otherwise. I buy fresh produce but don't always have the time or inclination to prepare them. Then, they often spoil in the fridge! However, these wonderful little gummies fill that very important gap! Plus, because they're packed with a full compliment of vitamins and nutrients, they save me from needing to take yet another tablet because they also serve for my one-a-day vitiman!

These gummies have changed my life! I am a 67 year old female. I was looking at having both knees replaced and having horrible hip pain. I told my doctor that I was in so much pain everyday that I was just past going. Of course her solution was another pill which I refused. I saw the Gruns gummies at Sam's & brought them home. After approximately 2 weeks I was thinking, WOW, I'm having a really good day with very little pain and was very thankful for that day thinking my bad days would be right back but they never returned! I have been taking the gummies for about 3 months now and have cancelled my knee surgery appointments. I'm not saying that I don't ever have a little pain in my knees or hip but it is very minimal and very occasional. I could go on & on because I just cannot say enough good things about this product. I tell everyone I know about Gruns and would be devastated if they ever became unavailable. To sum it up I'll go back to my first sentence in this review, these gummies have changed my life!

I signed up for a subscription for these. They were inedible. Before I knew it, my second order was on the way. When I went to ask for a refund OR exchange for another flavor, they said they only do that for initial orders. Oh and to request a refund, I had to record a video of myself and attach a photo. Absolutely bizarre and disappointing experience. If you want to try a great alternative, there are plenty on Amazon.

These gummies are so good! I literally have to remind myself that I only need one package per day! I am currently on a GLP-1 and they help to make sure my gut is functioning as it should, along with a lot of other benefits! I originally bought a box in Target, but have since signed up for a subscription with Gruns. After a full month of using them, I don’t see myself stopping.

Shipping took quite a while. Like, weeks. In that time, I noticed Costco carries the standard flavor, so perhaps that's an option in the future. The flavor of the regular ones takes a lot of getting used to. The specialty flavor and texture is a little better. I pair them with my other daily gummy vitamins and creatine to take some of the ick off the flavor, but I definitely don't fall into the "they taste so good!" camp. Been consistent for a couple weeks and not seeing any noticeable difference yet. Still dealing with daily bloat and energy is still garbage, but hoping that the other benefits of the super greens are doing their thing.

The taste is great & I love getting my nutrients in this way BUT I am allergic to mushrooms, so it messes my guts up. Bums me out, had to stop taking them because of the intestinal unrest in my body. Was so hopeful this would work. After taking them for 2 weeks, I didn't see much of a difference in anything. Maybe I had a tiny amount of more energy but idk if it was the product or a placebo because they do come in a pack of 8 gummies, which helps actually get more nutrition into your body. I'd continue taking them if it weren't for the expensive price they already are & even more so after your 1st order: the price goes up. Took me about the full 2 weeks for me to realize they aren't worth the exorbitant price. I'm allergic to mushrooms & these hurt my guts. I had to stop taking them. I did feel a small change but it wasn't enough to justify continuing to buy more.
