If product is so great, then why does this company do shady practices?

When accessing the product website (Gruns, Nutrops, Immun), as you scroll down, you are faced with a prompt stating you can save (52%-61%) if you are to provide your email address, after entering your email, you are then prompted to enter in a telephone number to assure you get your full discount as they need to send you a verification code. If you are to give them a number you then receive 9 consecutive text messages which very much feels like spam. The discount they say you get for providing your info is already applied based on the quantity you purchase as well as if you sign up for their subscription or do a one time purchase. Why does marketing create this fake “you get a discount for signing up for our newsletter” when this discount is already applied? Seems very shady how a company who clams to have 1 Million plus members and 100K + reviews do things like this that are not necessary in order to receive a product discount. This literally made me non interested in Gruns product anymore, especially after reading all the One Star reviews on how signing up for a subscription feels like a SCAM as buyers were charged for multiple orders, had difficulty canceling their subscription orders as well as lack of customer service where user couldn’t even get a human response. All of this made me search for product alternatives as I feel companies who stand behind their product wouldn’t do these shady/scam-like practices for their product.

I love Gruns, it is a quality product. I also love the customer service, they always keep me informed of my shipments along the way. I highly recommend Gruns.

Product is Fine, but Service is Bad

Product is fine, but they did not send me my flavor choice, and while I only bought the product on trial, the company automatically charged me for another order way before I was finished with the first month's supply. I like the product, but their sales tactics seem a bit heavy handed. And there is no place on their portal to cancel any subscription ... not that I made one in the first place. Not a satisfied customer. And to be clear, that's too bad, because the product does seem to help with my issues, but this strong-arm sales motif is very off-putting. And why can I not find any subscription management options on the website? Feels like bad actors to me. Sorry, but that's my experience. So Grüns reached out to me--you can see their reply--but I've still been offered no explanation as to why I could not cancel the second order even though I responded to the notice of that order well within the 2-hour deadline that have for cancelling such automatic charges. There is nothing on the website nor on the order page for such cancellation. Their reply to me doesn't mean much. They offer no human voice to talk to re: the issues that they have with their website and their order process. Once more, I ordered a single month's supply of their product--I did not wish to be on a recurring charge scam before I knew whether I would like the product. I do like the product--BTW--but before I could order again, the site ordered for me, which I did not agree to. I'm changing this review: the service is bad.

Big Fan!!

I’ve been taking Grüns for over a year now and love them! They are delicious and I look forward to having them! I especially like when they come out with fun new flavors!! An easy way to supplement my poor diet!

I saw an add on instagram..... looked interesting so I went for it ..... auto delivery without even trying them ....well to my surprise.... they tasted delicious!! And when I read into the ingredients... I was so happy I decided to do it ! They taste so good I wish I can keep eating them !

WARNING WARNING WARNING If you start a subscription with Gruns they ONLY offer returns on the first order. After that it is difficult to cancel and they continue to ship orders to you and charge you and wont refund or accept returns. This company has very poor ethical values and poor customer service I requested for a subscription service I didnt sign up for but they automatically signed me up for and then have made it very difficult to cancel. They taste HORRIBLE and do NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. DONT BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!!

When I purchased the popsicle grubs I was under the impression that was subscribed and would be alerted to when my order would be processed before it was a done deal. I got a message today telling me that I was charged $194 .00 for my next order. I haven’t even finished the 1st order. I would like to cancel my subscription and cancel this order as well. I will be looking for my refund to be returned to me ASAP.

I have gotten Grüns for approximately three months & I can’t say enough about the product & how it has helped with gut issues. The new flavors they offer on trial & regular flavor are great. I have to give kudos to the customer service aspect of Grüns, courteous, knowledgable & get back in to you within 24 hours or less! Recommend them!!!!

Was subscribed for quarterly

Was subscribed for quarterly, thought I canceled after a few quarters. Got a surprise order, wont refund or cancel order. Took me 10 pages of telling them "no I want to cancel my subscription" to finally cancel it. Flavor is meh, don't notice any benefit after daily use for 3 months straight.

I have been a Gruns customer for a couple of years now. I love the taste, convenience and results I get from these superfood Gummies. Each season they come out with a new flavor for you to try if you like. I use the sugar-free Gummies to save a few calories. Love Me Some Gruns!

I truly love taking my Gruns and do so on a daily basis for quite some time now! Loving all the new flavors they are coming out with, as well! The Olipop Strawberry & Vanilla - Sugar Free flavor and the new Popsicle Firecracker Gruns - Sugar Free flavor are both wonderful! Just tried the new Popsicle Firecracker flavor last Saturday. Definitely 5 stars from me and will continue being a returning customer, for sure! Looking forward to seeing what new flavors you come out with next!

We really enjoy Grüns (& Grüns Cubs) gummy vitamins. For quite some time now I have been purchasing from our local stores, particularly when I can find on sale. I would load up with as many boxes as I could at a time. Just recently we signed up for auto-delivery directly through their site. I did not realize that was possible, nor did I know the gummy vits were discounted every time when you have auto-delivery! It’s win-win! We love them. It’s so easy, they taste good & I really do feel better taking my supplements daily. Grüns have clean, quality ingredients. The customer service is excellent. It really is a superior product. I definitely recommend!

I used to have diarrhea at least twice a week. Not bad enough for my doctor to prescribe anything for me, but believe me, it was not a pleasant time. Now I have been completely fine for more than a month
