So far every thing has been smooth and easy. I already have a settlement after 3 months and it was reasonable. I have received a call every month with updates and what I need to lookout for. They have been very helpful.

I am happy with the program but I really wish the consultants were much less scripted.. it’s so obvious they are reading from a scripted format and it feels cold and almost robotic. If you say something off topic they are stunned like deer in headlights . The program itself is working well. Let’s work on the human side of things.
