We had a large velux window fitted into our bedroom and it is amazing! It makes the room so much lighter and brings sunshine into a once dark attic room. The 2 fitters were brilliant and completed the work to a high standard and all the mess was tidied up like they were never there. The work didn't take too long either and they turned up on time Communication with Dylan was excellent from start to finish, the whole experience was exactly as I would expect it. Now we can't wait to get the rest of the room finished so we can move back into it. We would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful experience. I ordered 2 solar Velux windows through Velux themselves online. Very quick and easy. Velux then referred to their approved installer who were NEC windows. The team arrived on time and had kept me up to date with texts. They were outstanding, such a wonderful group of men who were very polite and hard working. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up thoroughly when they had done. I felt the team really cared about their trade and would definitely return to NEC windows in a heartbeat.
