First-class experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation with our project manager, Dylan, everything was handled professionally. We exchanged several emails throughout the process, and every question was answered promptly and courteously. On the installation day, the two installers were absolutely superb. They were polite, professional, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. They also took the time to give me a thorough handover, making sure I understood exactly how to operate my new solar VELUX windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service throughout.

A fantastic job

A fantastic job, from beginning to end and at an excellent price. It was several thousand pounds cheaper than similar equivalent quotes. All the team were so professional and friendly and they worked nonstop. The quality of the work was excellent and they were so tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day, We were so pleased with the final result and cant wait to get the furniture back in and use our new living space. Cracking Job, not literally

The whole experience was very professional. Clearly laid out payment. Protected all the carpet, as they are fully booked up had to wait, however there was a delay in another job, they brought our job forward. We like to support local businesses . Canny polite team

From the first contact with this company which I found through researching on the internet for the North East area, I was dealt with by Dylan, he walked us through the whole process and timescales which were spot on. Contact was frequent until the day of the Velux glass replacement and service. The technicians who carried out the work were prompt, courteous and did a brilliant job. The technicians even cleaned and hoovered the whole area before they left. 5 star from start to finish and highly recommended.

Agree with the many other good reviews here. The replacement window looks great and the service was excellent. Easy to order and was kept in the loop through the process. Very friendly fitters and I was amazed how fast they did the job. When they left room was immaculate. Top notch job.

Excellent Velux installation on low pitched roof

Excellent communication throughout from Dylan. The guys who came to fit were polite and friendly and left no mess. The plasterer also did a great job in finishing everything off. The quote was very competitive against others I received and importantly they quoted for the complete job including the plastering. Other companies I talked to only installed the velux, and I would have had to organise the plastering afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend.

solar conversion kit

I had a solar conversion kit added to a previously installed velux window. It’s great to be able to open the window as it’s so high, and allows for better airflow. The guys who came to fit were great. In and out in around an hour. Fitting costs seemed high for such a quick job.

We employed NECS to service and repair our Velux windows which included indoor scaffolding. The communication was first class, professional service and product knowledge. We would use them again.

Excellent Service from start to finish

I needed a replacement Velux window, and working with Guardianroofsuk was simple and straightforward throughout. Their website was easy to use, and communication from Dylan (the project manager) was excellent. The fitters, Connor and Jack, were friendly, polite and did a great job. They protected my home by covering the flooring, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, clearing away all dirt and debris. I would highly recommend them.

Had a velux window put in my kitchen…

Had a velux window put in my kitchen roof everything went smoothly, communication with Dylan was good he kept me informed and explained the way they would put the window in . The workmen prepared the kitchen in dust sheets. The window went in with no problem and everything was left tidy, the plaster arrived the next day and did a grand job. Can’t fault this company very pleased with the job.

Had our new skylights fitted yesterday and the process from quote to instal was seamless! Emails & queries were responded to quickly, nothing was too much trouble. The guys turned up when they said they were going to and did a fantastic job, other than our fabulous new velux windows you wouldn’t know they had even been, they left everything perfectly clean and tidy!

Very professional service (Velux windows)

Very professional service. Dylan came out to survey for the replacement of two Velux roof windows. He gave good informative advice on what was required and options available. He explained what would happen on the day of the job. The finished job looks excellent and has given reassurance in terms of water getting in, energy efficiency hopefully and also offering a better means of escape in a fire. I would use this company again.

NECS , a company that keeps it's promises

NECS was a third party reference after researching companies who replace Velux Windows .From start to finish this company stepped up to the mark .The price was fair , the product top quality , and the team led by Dylan Butler , area manager , very professional and , as a bonus , really nice lads . The window ( 3 x 4ft )looks great and the quality blind a great addition .Cannot fault this company . Jim Douglas
