Wonderful experience provided by Akanksha. Akansha set up a call to understand the requirements and manage to deliver 4 designs of pins in a short period of time!
Thanks, Bel We are glad to hear that, customer convenience has always been our priority. We look forward to working with you again.
Appreciate Gumtoo’s responsiveness and excellence work in delivering the goods on time, despite given a shorter timeline.
Thanks, Janel Your appreciation gives us the motivation to work hard.
Akansha was really helpful on getting my purchase (enamel pins) out for production even though it was a rush order. Super super thankful the team behind who made this happen.

Thanks, Ugyen. Your words of appreciation made our day.
Had a great experience ordering with Gumtoo. From design submission to proofs, options and later delivery. I got my order ahead of time and Akanksha from the team was super responsive as was Harry who initially touched base with me. Thank you for making everything so easy and seamless, and also providing easy to understand instructions, information and options when I wasn't sure what to go with. Quality of the enamel pins and iron on patches i ordered are also good quality which is such a huge relief as one can never really tell when ordering things online - but I was very reassured when I spoke on the phone with Akanksha and am so thrilled to see it all come out lovely when it arrived today! Looking forward to making more pins with you guys!
Tracy, thank you for the great review! We’re so happy you loved the enamel pins and iron-on patches. We work hard to meet expectations like yours, and we’re glad to know that we hit the mark for you. Both Akanksha and Harry are true gems in our team! We count ourselves lucky to have customers like you. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
Amazing service, awesome pins. I've worked with other companies that try to take the easy and cheap way out with pin-making, but Gumtoo really focused on the design that I wanted, rather than what was easiest for them. Much appreciated. Working on making some more pins with them right now!
We are glad to hear that, Sarah! We intend to serve to the best of our abilities, as client satisfaction is our priority. Thanks for choosing Gumtoo for pin-making.
