I placed my order on January 29. After 15 days with no update, I emailed the company asking about my order and clearly stated that if I did not receive it within three days, I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. Today is March 1. I have received no response, no product, and no refund. This company is misleading customers. Do not buy anything from them — it is a scam. They claim to be based in Sweden, but they are actually operating from China. This is deceptive and unacceptable behavior.

Lack of transparency for an ingestible supplement
I ordered “Focus & Calm Mushroom Gummies” from Gymfit.se. The store presents itself as Swedish, but the website lists the operator as a company in Hong Kong, and my order was shipped from China. That was not the impression I had when purchasing. Because this is an ingestible supplement marketed with “mushroom extract”, I asked customer support for basic safety and quality documentation (a batch-specific COA / lab report for heavy metals and microbiology, and any standardization/extraction details). They explicitly stated they cannot provide any COA/lab reports or technical specifications beyond the label. To their credit, they did issue a full refund (409 NOK) after I raised these concerns. Overall: refund was handled, but the lack of transparency and inability to provide basic safety documentation makes it hard to trust the product.

Hello everyone, I kindly ask you not to place any orders and get yourselves into trouble. I placed an order on September 19 last year, and up to this day, I still have not received it. My brother ordered before me, and after a long wait, his order finally arrived, but it turned out to be unsuitable and of very poor quality. Unfortunately, we got ourselves into a bad situation. My advice to you: do not get involved like we did.

Gymfit presents itself as a Swedish webshop, but the company is actually based in China. They do not follow the Swedish Distance Selling Act (Distansavtalslagen). I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped, but they falsely claimed it had already been sent. Tracking showed only “Shipment information received”, meaning nothing was shipped. They refused cancellation and demanded returns to China at my own cost. Very misleading and untrustworthy business. Avoid this store.

⚠️ ABSOLUTELY AVOID: THIS IS FRAUD! ⚠️ Be extremely careful with this website. The product quality is shockingly poor—worse than budget retailers like Shein or Temu. This operation is designed to scam customers. When I attempted a return, they provided an impossible, unverified address in China (requiring expensive, paid-by-customer shipping) and explicitly warned the item would likely get "lost." They then offered a fraudulent 60% discount on a future purchase instead of a refund. There is no legitimate way to return these items. Do not waste your money here.

Package was delayed by 1 month, Quality was very poor, I had to pay for returning it, but even if they received the package I now have to wait for them to ship it back to china to receive my refund…. Overall, all communication is with an AI. If you choose to shop here, i truly recommend you lower your expectations and expect the worst.

Do not buy from this company do not waste your money .It took 1 month to get my order after repeatedly chasing from Germany. Normally this would only take a week . We ordered from them for an official powerhouse gym T-shirt I even asked them is it genuine. When it arrived there was Chinese writing on the packing and my heart sank as I knew straight away that this was going to be a cheap knock off . It’s the fact they were falsely advertising. Their website is misleading they are keeping the money and buying cheap copies. I ordered navy blue and got back and the sizing was completely off . They REFUSED a refund and would only give 10% back for something that was the wrong colour wrong size and cheaply made with a cheap print . We contacted the official powerhouse company to put a stop to this scam .

Everything takes weeks to arrive from China
Bought a shirt and a pair of “premium” shorts. The shirt is ok, and so are the shorts, but certainly nothing “premium” about them, since they feel a bit cheap. They fit well, but not sure how long they will last. However by far the worst thing with Gymfit is their crazy long delivery times. Everything comes from China and takes WEEKS to get items. Why don’t they keep stock in Europe!? UPDATE: Had to lower my review to 1 star. I ordered another shirt, but received one with a different design. I reported that to customer services who advised that a new one will be sent. That was nearly a month ago, and the tracking still shows "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier". Won't be ordering again from Gymfit unfortunately, unless something changes big time with how they operate. Seems like a bit of a shady company to be honest.

!! AVOID !! Do not order anything from here! They send clothes in the wrong size and do not admit to the mistake. You have to pay the return shipping to China. They offer you a -10% refund for sending you clothes thar are children's size and not good quality.
