Hi I ordered £34 worth of products from this company on the 8th January I have had various e mails saying that my order has already been delivered not true i checked the delivery company they do not exist this company ?? Masqueraded as M&S clearance sale to con me into buying don't fall for this it's a scam company.
One star seems too much. On the Google search site there was an advert for M&S Outlet clearance sale, and like another reviewer I placed an order. On same day I had an acknowledgment of the order from habitior FRA. Immediately suspicious, I did not click on the link to check the order. The payment came out immediately, but I have received no more communications from them, or any goods - nor, having read the reviews, do I expect any. When ordering, the site suggested it was approved by Google. I doubt this, but I think that Google should be checking on the adverts on their search site. This site was not supplied as a result of a search by me, but was on the Google site when I opened it to make a search for something else. This made me think Google must have vetted it.
This site is an absolute scam.I ordered from them on the 17 of January.I was receiving updates all along and after a month I received an email saying that the parcel had been delivered. This was a lie.
When I contact Track728, they told me that they were not the seller so were not responsible.
I ordered on the 10th Jan and had numerous e mails back saying on its way gave me.20 per cent refund and said would be delivered ASAP looked this morning and says been delivered and it hasn't contacted them but no reply yet has anyone got any advice
This site is DEFINITELY a Scam trust me don't get caught out, they will keep sending you customer service updates which are totally untrue waste of time emailing them I've just let this one go if it's to good to be true it's false.
My order never arrived. I’ve tried to copy over our communications, between myself and Habitior and find I can’t.
In short, I ordered with them on the 11th of January and they’ve had my money ever since.
I have messaged them many times and I have had replies many of which ask if I would accept a 20% discount, a 40% discount, which is all absolute nonsense, because I don’t believe this company actually exists.
I have been quite clear with them that I have read some of the appalling reviews they’ve received and I’ve also explained to them that I am going to send copies of all our correspondence when I can find a site that enables me to copy and paste. Avoid this ‘company’ like the plague.
I ordered a coat before Christmas and after a few weeks (January) they said it had been delivered, which it hadn't. I disputed this so they said they would send another as I was a valued customer and today I checked the tracking to see it had been delivered which it hasn't. Scam. I must admit I ordered it as a gamble,£20,and for a bit of a laugh so I don't expect my money back.
No fool like an old fool.
Well after 4/5 weeks I have not received any goods that were ordered and paid for, I have not received any form of correspondence from your company via email upon reading all sorts of reviews it certainly looks like a scam and obviously I have now become a victim of it.
So I would certainly recommend that you do not place any orders whatsoever
** please all contact your banks for a refund!!**
Absolute con. Conned my Dad out of £40. Glad that we could complete a charge back via the bank. Ridiculous that he then got a threatening message once the company knew he got a refund via the bank. Tracking says items delivered but cctv footage confirms otherwise. Avoid!!!!!
***please, if they conned you too, contact your bank for a charge back refund (non receipt of goods)***
Like all the other reviews, absolute scam!!! Ordered some clothes, as advertised under the M&S logo!! What a fool!! Took my money , but no goods and don't even answer any emails. Part from my self I also name Google for being part of the scam!!! Shame!!!
Habitior Collaborated with Track718 to defraud unsuspecting customers
I ordered an item via habitior.com, a site which has now been brought down. They collaborated with Track718 to provide live updates. I was surprised yesterday morning to receive an email from Track718 that the package had been delivered. I was at home.No one was at my door and no package was left. I asked them for the UK courier company that delivered it, the reference number of the UK courier company, and a snapshot if delivered at all, but they went quiet. Like the experience of others, Habitior is a scam and Track718 is either unknowingly supporting their scam or part of the scam. I wrote both companies, but they have both now gone quiet.
I have written a complaint letter to the Chinese embassy in London. Even if I don't get a response, they would read it and be aware of what their compatriots are doing.
I followed an advert about Heathrow Airport disposing of lost luggage. I purchased online on the 17th January 2024 and the order was cleared on the 19th January 2024, showing HABITIOR as the dealer and upto now I have not received any item or refund or reason for delay.
This is a scam. I have ordered weeks ago and received something looking like confirmation. Clicking on 'view your order' produced emptiness.
This website was advertised on YouTube, so I thought it was genuine.
