I made a mobile recharge to this number 56684481 for 30.00 usd and it stayed pending for I dont know how long. I was told by recieving party that they never received it by it sows as paid on the page record of paid Mobile recharges done so Not only did it dissapointing the ppl that did not get it but was charged to me. Very dissapointing but theft because I was charged and no product service was received.

This an update about my experience with HablaCuba after contacting the company and explaining my situation with being doubled billed the company refunded my card for the second billing I appreciate their help and understanding in this matter thanks again.Paul

Actually I would suggest zero star.
I don’t know if there some mistake but a rate of 500 CUP for $24,20 is ridiculous and dishonest.
It should be at least 2500 CUP since the rate in Cuban bank is 125 CUP/$ and the rate in the street is 250 CUP/$.
In the previous deals the Amount Sent was much more than the Amount Paid.
If you don’t make correction for this deal of 500 CUP for $24,20 I will never more use the services of Habla Cuba.
