We checked the recharge you indicated and the status is successful, there is even a reference number Customer Service can share with you if needed( proof from the operator that the amount was added on the selected number). Regarding the 25 GB of data, please note that Cubacel mentioned (we also have this information on our website) that the beneficiary will receive the extra GB Bonus (all networks) only if they have active international recharges or plans. My wife didn't receive nothing
This is not the truth. My wife didn't receive nothing. I have 5 years experience with recharging in Cuba. If you make before the recharge you get only the 500 cup. But she didn't receive nothing. But the your problem is that you never explain to nobody the promotions. If you divide it in two parts everybody understand that. You can say this is a reservation for 25th of January. And the delivery ist 25th of January. But you don't. Why? I know why. You make a lot of money with that. I sent you the foto from the acount of my wife. There is absolutely nothing of you recharge. And you answered you are investigating now. So why you are telling over Trustpilot this nonsense. Doesn't make sense.If you want I can deliver evidences here in Trustpilot. No problem.

The agents from Customer Service have sent you an email with all the details as well as the reference number we received as proof of recharge being applied to the number you have selected. Mobile Recharge is not a currency exchange service, it is a transfer of goods. This means it abides by other conventions and partnerships. That's why the Mobile Recharge service we provide does not guarantee the normal rate you receive for money exchange (with your local financial institution for example).
