Frustrating at Times
I find HablaCuba can be quite frustrating at times. I know the prices of a top up for a sim card in Cuba and normally ten dollars will get me a good deal. I just find it frustrating that for same minutes and data, I end up paying often times 3 times that via HablaCuba. Having said that, HablaCuba just had an offer that meets the needs of my Cuban friend for only ten dollars---BUT, I see this deal very infrequently.
