I got constantly harassed (phone calls) by the company for submitting parts. I guess this is their strategy to give a false impression to their suppliers that their platform is popular. They kept calling me even though I told them to stop calling me. Please avoid this company.

I received incorrect parts from the Chinese supplier. And now I'm not getting any reply from them. The parts were actually very simple and somehow they were made wrong. I got charged extra for "handling" by the shipping firm which sounds like a scam. The Haizol account manager has been totally useless in assisting all the way throughout the process. I wouldn't recommended this platform at all. Don't waste your money here.

I have used several suppliers for sheet metal and CNC machined parts. Haizol suppliers have provided quality products at reasonable prices with timely delivery. Customer service was friendly. I will use them again in the future.

Having never used anything like Haizol before, I was a bit skeptical about how it might work. I'm used to personally going out, finding shops that meet my needs and doing all the legwork myself--I'm mainly used to local, personal relationships. So when I uploaded a drawing for quote, I didnt expect much. But I was pleasantly surprised. Rather than having to wait a week to get pricing, I had it in my inbox the next day! The prices were great and if anything, I had too many quotes to choose from, if that is such a criticism. The vendors communicated surprisingly well. Throughout it all, the Haizol rep who has helped me has been extremely kind and a valuable asset. That, coupled with the ease of use and great prices, I will continue to use Haizol. Thank you.

Haizol is an amazing option if you want to order a prototype fast. This is way easier than what I did before: E-Mailing some manufacturers from Alibaba. Communication is fast, and the people from Haizol are very friendly. I can highly recommend Haizol.

The service is good, my account manager Mr. Guiral is very reactive for my demands and helps me with all my sourcing needs. The only thing that miss would be, when we receive quotes, to see some informations about the company : if it does competitive prices, and to see feedbacks from the customers for each company.
The Haizol experience has been nothing but good. Communication, the web experience, and the number of suppliers is very good. I used to deal with Alibaba, but now they look very difficult in comparison to Haizol. The supplier prices are good.
When our supplier discontinued a part we'd been using for decades, we needed to find a replacement. A quick search myself didnt yield what I was looking for, and frankly, I didnt have time to spend researching. William at Haizol took the information and in less than 24 hours, we had multiple quotes for the part we needed. And he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. It was honestly more than I was expecting and I was very happy with the experience.
