Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service, competitive prices, quick lead times and good quality - What more could anyone ask for. This was my first time using the service and it most certainly won't be my last. Not only was it very easy to use, but I also had my personal account manager, William Guiral, on hand to assist with any queries. William has been a huge help in getting me set up on the platform and the regular phone call updates give me great peace of mind. Not only that but he is also extremely fast to reply to my queries and has contacted suppliers on my behalf to confirm delivery. I hope that every account manager on the platform is like William!
