Scam. Charged unauthorised extra fees. Supplied a tiny cheap nylon hat instead of the £70 "Wrap-of-London" jumper that was ordered and used the proof of delivery for the hat to claim the order had been supplied. Fortunately the charges were recovered via the UK banking Chargeback scheme.
Watch out
Watch out! Hallbag.com is used for payment when ordering from other sites, in my case havaiase.com. Extra fees not shown when ordering, wrong items delivered, no refund what so ever. Scam!
Scammers with fake websites
I ordered a pair of Doc Martens from what appeared to be a New Zealand website but the credit card statement shows hallbag. I never received the boots, just a scarf from China. No response to my emails. Scammers.

Did not order anything have charges on my cc for $99.20 good thing I was able to file a claim with my cc company but still a pain in the ass. Beware and make sure to check all your charges monthly.
Hallbag.com is a scam and it is not in the UK
I purchased a ski helmet at ukskihlemet, however, the confirmation email was sent from ‘Pradaeyewear Outlet Shop’. The email does not exist, because I sent an email to that address but it was undelivered. There is no phone number or email on their website. I feel something is not right. Then I checked my online banking. The description of the transaction is ' INTERNATIONAL Kowloon hallbag.com USD 111.49'. I have reported it to my bank and the police. Hope they can recover my cost and ban ukskihelmet.com.
SCAMMERS ALERT
A friend gave me a link to a website that was Portuguese but in reality the merchandise comes from another country. Asks you to register like any other website however for some reason even requests for face recognition. Any email you send to this company will never be read because their email address is false and ends up letting you know every time you try to email them. I have been waiting for my package for a while now and doesn’t seem to arrive and definitely i never got any tracking number or any information regarding the status of my order. They your money but nothing seems to arrive no matter how long you wait. Be aware!!!! SCAMMERS ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Company is a fraud.
The order DISAPPEARED off the screen before we got an invoice copy of our purchase. I also emailed them and still have not had a response about getting me an invoice or when our order will come in. So I guess we will make a report on this company being a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered Shoes from keenbootuk. Https site. A different credit company contacted me to say they would appear on my bank statement, but Hallbag.com appeared. I rang my bank, who were totally rubbish and of no help. The price was more than 20 ppunds more than online. Shoes never arrived but a 10 dollar scarf did - sent first class from the UK with no senders address, no invoice receipt. But the tracking was from China. The scarf was from a Swedish company and made in Italy. My bank said they would have to block my laptop from making further transactions if I wanted them to do anything, I was ripped off with no idea how it really happened. Crooks.
No itemised confirmation of purchase
Purchased online but did not receive a confirmation of the item purchased. Just a reference number with no product description. This suggests the site is not legitimate and I may not receive what I ordered.

Ordered some items from woodchiselssale.com which went to a third party site to process the payment. This ended up taking more money than the basket/checkout value and billed as hallbag.com. Needless to say items never arrived. Clearly this is a white labelling outfit using a shared payment processing (I think it got converted to USD when purchased as GBP) and funnelling through hallbag.com. Fake.
