As it was told a multiple times it's a scam, be aware of the web-sites with a name of your country. My story: ordered shoes, got a scarf, asked for the refund and they provided the address to send back. At the same time I blocked my card and opened a dispute with my bank account for a refund. Sent scarf back, provided all info to my bank including returned scarf, the merchant by the way answered after some time when I sent back scarf they authorized refund (without cost of shipping), but it never came, my bank returned full price including shipping cost after 30 days, so it's all good. 2 stars only for quick communicating.

They pose as an American company and steal your credit card from you and never send the merchandise that you ordered. They are in Hong Kong. They send emails from multiple email addresses! They continue to lie that they have shipped your order! They send you junk that you didn't order. Be careful of Hallbag! They are thieves!
Warning against these Websites
After I placed my order on the website "legecyrealtywi.com" which was written in Norwegian with prices listed in Norwegian Krone, I first received an order confirmation in Norwegian with an amount of NOK 798.40. Then, I received a receipt in English of the payment of 75.75 US dollars as well as an email with the order confirmation in English. Two days later I got an email from customer service saying that it will take 3-5 days for the package to be sent. However, nothing arrived and the tracking link didn't work. After a week or more, I wrote an email asking about my order. They replied that I should wait another 3-5 days. I requested to send the product immediately, but instead they told me they would return the payment. I saw that they did not deduct the original amount of 75.75 US dollars or 798.40 Norwegian Krones as stated in the online store and in the order confirmation, but they have deducted more: 88.05 USD/959 NOK. The company which was named in my bank account was "hallbag.com" and not "legecyrealtywi.com", the website I ordered the product from. Both are websites that can not be trusted and I strongly warn everybody against using them, even if they claim 100% safe shopping. This is just a scam. They have not deserved a single star. Hope it helps others to be careful about using such websites.

I was searching Country Road Outlet on my mobile and this site came first as Google Ad. I had no doubt of this website being Country Road Outlet. I felt something was not right when I charged a different amount from what I purchased; the vendor was Hallbag.com. I contacted them to refund and they said the item was already shipped. I lodged the claim with the bank while waiting for the items to be delivered. I received a scarf instead of the clothes I ordered and received a full refund from the bank after a month. You have no idea who they are until you get charged on your checkout! It is a scam so lodge your claim with the bank if you search for this company.

I recently bought a pair of guess women's shoes what I thought was and showed as Guess outlet Australia, the money charged to my card was Hallbag.com Kowloon which was strange. Waited a month only to receive a cheap baseball cap. When the cap came I had no idea from whom. Anyway by this time I thought I should have received my shoes by now, when I emailed them they said delivered. Then I could see the tracking on the cap package was the same. The morons sent me a cap, slimy scammers who should get a terminal illness for ripping people off. I'm still waiting for a full refund.

Rubbish, steer clear
Unfortunately I had to give this company a 1 star rating as there was no option for a zero star rating. Steer well clear. I was convinced by a very plausible-looking website for Keen shoes, I like this brand and the website was masquerading as a factory outlet/discount site, I paid my money but alarm bells rang as soon as I got a very vague receipt for my purchase and then an amount was deducted from my card that was about 30% more than I expected to pay. I have been chasing them for a full invoice showing my charges, ever since. In the meantime I received a package with obviously fake Ray-Ban sunglasses. The tracking number on the package was the same as the one given for the parcel which should have contained my shoes. Clearly this is how they operate their scam: Professional website, cheap prices, fake product and a legitimate paper trail so that they can claim that they acted in good-faith when your goods (or the wrong goods) fail to materialise. I have been in touch with their "customer-service" department and they do respond to emails. So far they have only offered to make a 40%refund of the discount amount paid, not the full amount deducted from my card. I do not normally fall for these kind of scams but I wish that I had checked reviews for the site (www . keen boot uk . com) before ordering. Moral: do your research and if something is too good to be true it probably is. These people are criminals, they know that they are and at the moment they seem to be able to act with impunity. Steer clear of them and if you happen to be scammed report it to the authorities

I went into a website identical to GymShark and thought it was the official website. The payment went through Hallbag so I thought it was fishy. The next day I stopped my debit card which I purchased through and asked for a refund through the hallbag customer service email. They told me they provided a full refund and to wait 15 business days. Never received my refund. It’s a scam.

I ordered door handles and locks. I never received them. Hallbag provided a China Post tracking number claiming the product was delivered. The local post office (which can confirm China Post tracking numbers) said the number was not in use and likely a scam. Interestingly my credit card got hacked shortly after this purchase-just saying. I would never buy from this site.

This site is fake. I bought Asics sneakers for $96.20, instead of which I received a package with glasses, the value of which hardly exceeds $1. An attempt to advertise the purchase was unsuccessful because the refund form could not be found on the site. According to the bank statement, the money was paid to the company Hallbag, whose website is only used for fraud.

Bought something from avery-store.com, transaction went through hallbag.com, and received $2 sunglasses a month later. Total scam. Our credit card was then run up with Uber, pizza hut, Bloomex, and many other fraudulent transactions. This is a TOTAL SCAM site run out of china.

SCAM
SCAM: Do not use! I ordered some hats from Supreme NZ and the payment was done by Hallbag.com. They overcharged and denied that they had. After weeks a $2 pair of sunglasses came through! Trying to claim back via credit card provider.
This is fraud!
This is fraud! My wife ordered from another website (monclernorge.com) but the payment came from this one. They took more money than the order stipulated and they sent a simple scarf instead of shoes, a purse, a jacket and a sweater.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience, our credit card information was taken and used for fraudulent transactions. Information leak was traced back to Hallbag (company is based in Hong Kong). Use at your own risk... we are working with authorities to trace the fraudulent transactions.
