Before placing this last order of the elderly couple on a sofa, newspaper on hand, I read your promotion and I expected to receive it by Valentines Day. I am so disappointed, it is now the 19th of Feb 2026 and I still have not received my order.

Hamilton Collection is the best because they sell Precious Moments & the Golden Years Figurines that I have been collecting for over 50 years & I enjoy everyone of them.

Paid almost double to have an iten sent…
Paid almost double to have an iten sent out priority to arrive on 2/10/26. It was not sent until 2/9/26 and according to the post office, not scheduled to deliver until the end of the day, 2/11/26. I needed it before the 11th, the day my wife was starting cancer treatment. It's now 7PM on 2/11/26 and it's still not here. Terrible service. It should have been sent out on 2/6/26 to ensure I had it by 2/10/26.
