Exclusive, hard-to-find item made EASY!

There's a real mystique to Spanish ham that the US hasn't really caught on to yet. But for those in the know, there's nothing like it. Hamlovers has created a way for those who appreciate this true delicacy to get their hands on it despite the fact that the US market is still largely oblivious. Many thanks for making it easy for me to indulge in this wonderful treat!

Great product and committed customer service when there's a problem

Used Hamlovers.com for the first time at Christmas 2012 to order a Cinco Jotas product. When the product finally arrived, it was superlative. There was a shipping problem so the ham did not arrive on time, which frankly was out of Hamlovers' control. When notified they did their best to resolve the problem and provided a prompt refund of shipping costs and a compensating discount as well. We will definitely use Hamlovers.com again when we are ready to try another delicious Jamon Iberico!

delicious but late

I specifically ordered the ham to arrive before Easter because I planned to serve it for Easter brunch. It arrived the day after Easter. I enjoyed it for lunch for months afterward. It's really tasty between two veggie crackers and seasoned tomato paste. It does save extremely well in the refrigerator. As for Spanish hams - there's just no comparison. You eat one bite, and you're ruined for American ham.

Hi Susan, we're sorry to hear that your order came late. The Good Friday holiday would have been the cause of your delay, which is a real shame. The delivery companies don't work on holidays, of course, so we're always extra careful around the Easter weekend about promising delivery dates. We try to phone customers who place orders in the week before the busiest holiday weekends to double check delivery times, but it looks like we failed on this one. Once again, sorry for that. I'm glad to hear that the ham kept well and that you're a fan of Spanish hams - and we look forward to serving you again in the future. Josh and Guy, Hamlovers
