I ordered jamón iberico and chorizo last week from hamlovers.com. Fast delivery! Great packaging! Better than expected quality from a ham-loving company. Customer service responded very quickly and friendly! I am extremely pleased with this order and will be ordering from them again.
Although my copy didn’t arrive in time for Christmas, Josh and his team made sure it reached me as quickly as possible. Thank you for providing the kind of exceptional, caring service that is so often missing from retailers today.
We've been ordering form hamlovers.com for years. Their jamón and cheese are top-notch — our family looks forward to it every holiday.
Great service, accommodating and friendly staff. Food is 4/5, the only thing missing was more options.
Excellent service and delicious food. Definitely will come back
All of the food is addictive. The food is served with love and care. The service was excellent and; the delivery was fast too. I highly recommend this one if you like spicy food.
We been getting at least one Iberico Bellota shoulder or an Iberico ham from Hamlovers every year for a few years now. It's a great holiday treat for the family. I like being able to choose between the Fermin, Montaraz, and 5J - they are all excellent products. The shipping is super fast and they'll also hold an order to ship when I'm ready. This feature is really appreciated because I know the ham is stored properly until I'm ready. They've always responded quickly to my emails. Keep up the good work!
Great food and fast turnaround from order to delivery. The spicy chorizo is addictive
What a feast! I had never had a ham like this before so I was a little nervous about slicing and the taste. Ha. After tasting the ham, both my husband and I were hooked. The learning curve on how to slice was fast, just loved having a plate full of ham on the counter for snacking. Sausages were great and so was the cheese. Definitely will order again.
Wonderful product, and excellent customer service. I have ordered ham for myself and my Spanish husband, and he loves it (so do I!). I also ordered a wedding gift for a Spanish/American couple who are friends of ours living in the US, and it was easy to work with the Hamlovers team to add a gift note and make sure it was a great surprise for them!
Excellent quality/price, rapid delivery, responsive customer service. I only wish they had gift certificates/cards I could give to others.
We have ordered from hamlovers.com for major holidays since 2014. We have enjoyed both the Serrano and Iberico jamones as well as other wonderful products including the Manchego cheese, Abuela olives and chorizos. We happily share these delicacies with our family members who now "expect" us to bring these delicious foods which are served at our holidays and are part of our family tradition. Fantastic product and fast shipping as always! We slice some jamon, make some pan con tomat and it feels like we are visiting Barcelona!
I’ve placed two orders with Hamlovers over the past year. Both times the customer service, shipping, and quality of the products were outstanding. These are not exactly inexpensive products (which is why I’ve unfortunately only been able to order from them twice), but you absolutely get an extremely high quality product for your expenditure. I’m already saving up for a third order!
Great products, I’ve ordered whole iberico legs twice as well as pre-sliced ham and even cheeses from hamlovers over the last several years. Quality is top notch and delivery has always been swift. I recommend.
I ordered 3 items, 5 Jotas, chorizo and cecina. In a package did not get cecina 1.75 kg. Wrote 5 emails to hamlovers, called them . No answer no explanation, no replacement no money back.
Hi Piotr, it seems you've ordered from one of the Hamlovers EU sites. This is Hamlovers.com, a USA-based family business that since 2013 has had no business relationship with the EU company. Would you mind taking this review down and posting it to the Trustpilot account for the website you ordered from? Thanks so much... Josh Merrow Hamlovers.com
My friend turned me on to Hamlovers.com and we're thrilled with our experience. It's the best jambon I've had since my travels in Spain! The customer service is excellent and everything arrived on time. I'm definitely planning to order more soon!
Excellent customer service with a liberal return policy, in the rare event you are not happy with the product received. Seriously, the president of the company gets involved to make sure the customer is always ahead. They carry Cinco Jotas, Fermin and Montaraz jamones and paletas, with very competitive pricing... free shipping on orders over $199. The wife is a bigger fan than I am...
