Delivery took all summer
The pergola looks nice and was easy for a couple to assemble once it arrived. We ordered ours on May 17, 2025 and received it on September 2, 2025. That’s basically the entire summer season in Western NY. We had been anticipating a 10 week delivery window, not to wait the whole summer. Plus, once they took my money, it was crickets from customer service about timing. In mid-July I contacted customer service trying to get an updated delivery date. I filled out three customer service forms and called 4 numbers before I got a response from the company that said “we’re working on it.” I’d recommend this if you buy it in the winter so you can assemble it and enjoy it during the summer. Waiting all summer for a huge purchase to arrive, plus the lack of customer service really soured me to this company. Would NOT recommend.
Dear Jill, Point taken - ordering in May and receiving in September means you effectively stored your pergola for us all summer while Western NY's nice weather came and went. That's not a good look, and I'm sorry. I do appreciate your honest recommendation for future buyers to plan ahead with winter purchasing. Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
