It was a fairly easy process
It was a fairly easy process. Once approved within 48 hours money was deposited into my account. The only thing I was a little concerned was having to sign up with PLAID to get my money sooner. It seems every company has access to more than it should in my opinion. However I would take another loan through them.

Application process is easy and straightforward however the process slows down greatly in comparison to other lenders when it comes to funding the loan. In my case it took 1 business day for final review of previously approved loan and an additional business day for funding the loan. Still it was more of a positive experience than a negative one.

Opened a hysa several months ago. Zero issues, easy to navigate web app. Currently 4.0 yield on the hysa, im happy So much so, opened an additional one with them.
Great for limited services
Interest rates are very good for level up savings and checking. I wouldn't recommend using their checking account as a regular checking account. Payments are deducted up to a week prior to payment date. This usually means limited banking connections to everyday payees, even everyday credit card companies. I switched from my previous bank about 3 months ago for doing the same when they decided to outsource their bill paying services. Looks like i will have to switch again. Paying bills on the website is very frustrating! You can only make one payment at a time. After finishing one payment, the website kicks you back to the main site. This happens everytime! I will using the bank but for only limited services.
