Happen bank always helps me quickly when i need to buy airplane parts! :-) Always fast service, and quick approvals for a repeat customer. Happen Bank made it HAPPEN! :-)

Wonderful experience

The process was very easy! I had a loan already which was also a very positive experience, but I feared they may not give two at a time. I was wrong... I was accepted and with a lower interest rate!! I fully recommend Happen!

Literally right in time.

After filling out the application, I was waiting for 17 more steps, like everyone eles, but then I got a message that said I was approved. I was confused. Surely, there was more I had to do. I had been on the phone with another company for 2 hours prior to no avail, so, I assumed I must have made a mistake or this was just a glitch. Nope, it was real, and it came EXACTLY when I needed it. Thank you all. If I explained my whole story, you would understand how miraculous this moment was.

It was a very quick approval and fund distribution process. Thus far dealing with Happen Bank has been without conflict. Time reveals all.

Disappointing

The initial process was quick and seamless. After I was “approved”, it took forever to move forward. Customer service was friendly, but never really addressed my questions or concerns regarding funding. Payment takes a while so if you need funding quickly, you might look elsewhere.

This entity is a identity theft ring

There is no doubt in my mind that this entity is an identity theft ring I would highly suggest you not getting involved with these people. They coerced me to upload my documents even though I was very clear that I did not have one specific one and that I wanted to terminate my request they said that was not necessary and to upload all of my identify Arbel information such as government issued ID. W-2 forms bank statements check stubs from my work anything they can use to sell your identity on the black web. They obtained after two weeks of dealing with them and many phone calls and being told the 1040 forms were not necessary and that they were expediting my review. I continued to get email stating that I needed to upload these documents that I specifically advised that I did not have and would not have so in reality they lied to me manipulated me to get all of my information and I ended up having to withdraw my request anyways. I highly suggest you go to SoFi or Upgrade or a legitimate company because this entity is just trying to steal your identity to sell it on the dark web. I am reporting this to the BBB and submitting a complaint to my general attorney. You do not want to deal with these people. The customer service is a bunch of foreigners that are just reading off a script. There is no way to get help. Your identity will be stolen and somebody in Nigeria will become you after you submit all of your information because they have everything they need on you stay away from this club you see they change their names that’s to hide from legal matters. This place should not be an operation.

They can't help if it's not a loan

I think their efforts must all be focused on the loan aspect of their business. When querying anything about a personal checking or savings account, everyone seems clueless. Shame really I am going to have to move my accounts.

Hesitant? So was I but this turned out great!

I am generally not one to take out a consolidation loan but Happen made it super easy and set me up to pay off almost all my existing debt right when I made the loan. This saves me multiple pay outs and at least 10% interest over credit card debt. Streamlined from beginning to end. I highly recommend this service if needed.
