The product (christmas decor snowman with 6 candles centerpiece) showed 6 candles lit up. When I received this product only 3 candles lit up. When I brought it up with seller I was told that only 3 candles were lit. I proceeded to provide the advertised pictures it clearly showed 6 candles lit up. Seller offered $3 then re offered $7. I do not want the product at all with only 3 working candles.
Very poor. No communication, no tracking for parcel allegedly sent, refused refund. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THEM
The image of finish product is beautiful and the supplies seem to be of great quality. Additionally, the company kept me well informed of the shipping/tracking. However, the instructions to assemble this product are very limited and some descriptions are either wrong or missing.
