Denim Hat
My husband really liked the look of the hat when I showed it to him on-line. However, it was so smashed when we got it out of the packaging that it kind of looked “cheap”.
There was a plastic form inside the hat that was supposed to help keep its shape, but it was so flat that that the top of the hat was completely wrinkled. I certainly hope I can figure out a way to steam it back into shape.

Well made cap.
Delivery was fast. The cap is well made and after a little adjustment it fits well. Unfortunately for me I have a small head so adjustment had to be to the minimum settings. I am not sure what happens if the material stretches due to wear as there are no more adjustments which can be made. Will wait and see over time.

I’m so glad you asked
I’m so glad you asked. I love the 2 hats I ordered so much I ordered another and while I was online a friend tried one on and he added 2 for himself onto my order.
The one thing I wished was on my new hats is a tag that has your name and where it’s made. That would be an excellent way for your customers to show who you guys are.

Good communication
Good communication. This is my second order. The first wasn't so good due to the fasteners being too far apart at the rear of the hat, but this one has side adjusters which allow a much better fit. This hats are shipped directly from China, but the quality is reasonably good.

Arrived today and fits straight out of the bag. So comfortable, you wouldn’t know you were wearing it. They replied the next day and informed me how sorry they were, and a replacement cap would be sent out to me within a few days.
