The art of deception and made in CHINA
A company that pretends to be English and heritage when in fact they just send out caps from China and made in China.
They have just sent an email pretending to be 2 elderly brothers with a photo that is just so obviously AI and then wrote a note at the end saying “ P.S. We aren't very handy with computers, so our daughters helped us write and send this email. If you enjoyed it, reply and let them know. They'd appreciate it.”
They are pretending to be something they are not and others should be aware before buying. They are deceiving people.

I bought two hats and I’m very happy…
I bought two hats and I’m very happy with both of them. Seem to be well-made and the price was reasonable. What I don’t get is the fictional backstory. These hats are made and shipped to you from China. China makes good qualities items. So being from China shouldn’t be a negative thing. This company has made up an entire story using fictional characters in a nonexistent British store to sell their items. Here’s what I found.: Based on the search context, there is no historical or literary evidence for real-life figures named Harry and Alfred associated with a legitimate, historic hatting firm.
Fictional Characters: The names Harry and Alfred appear in the Matt Hatter Chronicles, a comic book series where they are characters (Harry is Matt's father, and Alfred is his grandfather), but this is a work of fiction.
So, a good product and an entertaining backstory with a product made and shipped from China. I guess if it works, why not? As long as they produce quality items as they are doing, I have to applaud their ingenuity to invent a plausible backstory. Not sure if they are in any danger of a lawsuit from the creator of the Matt Hatter Chronicles for copyright infringement though.

I usually take a 7 1/4 hat, and my cap just does not fit. Contacting Harrington’s they were not interested, have no caps by size, and offered only 10% refund. Eventually upped it to 40% after pressure from me, but I am still 60% out of pocket for a cap I can not wear. Terrible customer support.
