Delivery took two weeks and involved shipment from overseas. Returns must be sent to China and there is no UK contact information. The story is of a long established local shop but this seems at odds with the current supplier. The company replied to the above post offering to look into the delivery delay. my concern was more over an apparently chinese operation pretending to be long establish british or american. Say what you are.
