Fake as if I was a jeweller I would sell all my jewelry to a bullion dealer not give it for free so it's gold colour gold and silver content 0 remember nobody gives anything for free thank god I didn't buy anything
I ordered on the 5th of june and i still haven't received my parcel! I contacted them given the fact they hadn't sent the jewellery, they replied. with i can't give you a refund but i can swop the jewellery. I said i haven't recieved my order so i want a full refund anyways now there's a fraud dispute with my bank going on. I have no clue if i'll get the money back. Do not buy anything from this website as it's not only a scam but it's also not a Certified shop or website to begin with! They are not what you think you'll get as it's cheap materials and got unknown chemicals because they don't have regular checks with the health and wellbeing service so there could be anything on the cheap materials being used which potentially will hard kids, babies, teenages, adults and seniors due to it not being regularly checked. I can't believe i could fall for it. Jewellery for nothing but pay the postage. I paid £14 for a emerald necklace. Apparently it was £155 but the company were closing down so was giving everything away. I eventually got it today. Definitely costume jewellery. It wasn't worth £14. I could get onto the bank but in the advertising it didn't say it was 18c so it's my fault. I've put it in a charity bag and unsubscribed to stop getting their emails asking if I want more jewellery. God, I'm gullible 😂 x
Jewellery is tat Harrison and James are a scam. They are not a real store. They are not retiring. At the moment they are saying the jewellery is free but the postage is 38 pounds. The jewellery is absolutely garbage and that’s where it’s ended. Please don’t buy from this scam site
I'd give zero if I could. Each 'piece' is absolute tat, no precious metal at all- not even silver! This is not a shop that's closing down due to retirement; it's an online scam. I ordered 3 rings, which was just chucked into ONE envelope- but I was charged £13+ postage x3! £42 spent on utter rubbish. Think Temu and Claire's Accessories and you're in the right area. I wouldn't pay £42 for ONE of their rings; so obviously fake and cheap. Very disappointed. DON'T BE FOOLED.
Utter crap thought it was a scam but had to have a go as soon as I put the tracking number in to 17track and it said china . I knew cheap costume jewellery. Girlfriend wore it once and it sent her fingers green she said she looks like the incredible hulk 😂🤣

Just received my order of a white gold bracelet set. Definitely not white gold no hallmark too light and arrived not in a decent box. They say they are in Liverpool but was posted from China. Totally a scam avoid at all cost. 🤬
Im afraid this appears to not be a genuine advertisment and Jewellers. I shoukd have realised when i lurchased a ring alledgedly valued at £165.00 and paid only for the postage. This ring arrived loose in an envelope,no wrapping,just in the envelope! That is no way to pack an item worth £165.00. On close inspection there is no hallmark. Ive basically paid postage for a piece of costume jewellery...i should have realised if it seems to good to be true...it usually is !!!
This company is an online scam. The quality of the ruby necklace is shoddy. The postage is outrageously exorbitant. Given that they are supposedly coming from Liverpool, the time it takes for delivery, I could have walked the distance to my home. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS!

My experience was very good the owners retiring sent me emails and answered my questions like the next day. All the jewelry was beautiful and made the hole experience easy to navigate on the web. They aren't a scam. Just had to pay shipping of precious jewels. I can't remember how long it took. I was so happy to get them. I got allot. Trusting is not my friend. But you can trust them.

Ordered 'silver' ring with 'gold ' wire wrap. Ring arrived in a tiny plastic bag, bright and shiny, no 'gold wire wrap but a few bits of 'silver' wire stuck on one side of the ring and painted gold which came off in less than a day. Thought I'd try this 'jeweller' just to see what I'd get, I'll not be doing it again.
