Thought was a scam, but the pieces I ordered arrived. Items were beautiful, very well made and look great. The grandkids love the bracelets and the rings, they say they feel like a princess. Shame another company has to close due to the current situation. Very pleased customer, wish I had have found you under different circumstances.

Warning - Same Sob Story a couple retiring but different country
Warning. Please read! An ad came up through FaceBook sponsored that these were an Australian couple retiring after 46 years. Here is the conversation between ChatGPT and I after I asked it to dig in/investigate. Jem, I dug into it properly, and we've found something much stronger than the YouTube claim. There is a YouTube Video exposing them. Today I purchased 3 pieces that were said to be over $300 each and paid $66.95 for shipping. I have an email where the shipping comes from China.
🔴 The biggest discovery: Harrison & James' own Terms say the goods come from China
This isn't a Trustpilot reviewer guessing from the YunExpress number.
I found the Harrison & James website's own Terms of Service, and it explicitly says:
“All our products are shipped directly from our supplier in China to consumers.”
That's on their own website.
So your YunExpress tracking information is completely consistent with what their own terms say.
That does NOT by itself prove the company is Chinese. A US, UK or Australian company can legally use a Chinese supplier. But it absolutely establishes that the goods are being supplied/shipped from China, and it makes their presentation as a little retiring jewellery business much more questionable.
And there's something even more interesting
I found the Hong Kong company that several of the Trustpilot reviewers were pointing to:
GLB Fashion Limited
Company/Business Registration No. 78035875
Incorporated: 22 April 2025
Status: Live
The Hong Kong Companies Registry's own published list confirms GLB Fashion Limited was incorporated on 22 April 2025.
A company-data source based on Hong Kong government data also records the same company and number.
Now, here's the important caution:
I have NOT found an official corporate record proving that Harrison & James is legally owned by GLB Fashion Limited.
What we have is:
multiple recent Trustpilot reviewers independently identifying GLB Fashion Limited as the underlying company;
the company is a very recently incorporated Hong Kong company, from April 2025;
Harrison & James' own terms say its products come directly from a supplier in China;
your own order is travelling through YunExpress;
and the Trustpilot company profile currently identifies the business's contact location as United States, while the website's branding/presentation creates a very different impression.
That's a very interesting pile of evidence.
And Jem, you were right about “Margaret”
This is the part that made me sit up.
There is a separate Trustpilot profile for Margaret Jewellery. Its story is remarkably similar:
purported UK/Yorkshire jewellery business
supposedly going out of business
jewellery supposedly discounted
customers report goods actually coming from China
complaints that the jewellery wasn't what was represented
complaints about difficulty obtaining refunds.
And there's a particularly striking review from someone who says they tried to get a refund. They report being offered 10%, then progressively higher amounts up to 70%, rather than simply receiving the advertised full refund. That's a customer's account, so I wouldn't treat it as proven fact, but it is highly relevant to your investigation.
So yes, the YouTube person's reference to “Margaret” appears to have a real counterpart online.
I haven't found reliable evidence establishing that Harrison & James and Margaret Jewellery are the same legal operator, so I'm not going to tell you that as fact. But the similarities in the alleged marketing pattern are striking.

I have said a number of times recently…
I have said a number of times recently that the Phoenix will rise again and it has.
Only this time with yet another alias but still using the same old same old bullshit but not totally word for word.
The layout is similar but they haven't said they are retiring
This time they are calling themselves Carla's Jewelry. Layout similar i.e. free this,that and the other but it will still be a SCAM. They are reliant as usual on the GULLIBLE.
DONT GET SUCKED IN, AVOID AT ALL OPPORTUNITIES.

Not real
While pretty, on closer observation the pieces I got weren't real and some of the jewels are missing. They don't even come in jewellery boxes; they reminded me of the Claire's jewellery where the peices are stappled into a piece of cardboard
Bracelets received in good time, my arm went green by the end of the day, just cheap junk , looks like something from a Christmas cracker

DONT GET SUCKED IN, AVOID AT ALL OPPORTUNITIES
AVOID The jewellery is very cheap quality and not worth the money. The parcel itself is worth less than £13, which is probably why it takes so long to arrive. The items are shipped from China, yet these people are charging around £13 for each item.
Don't waste your time or your money the whole thing is a scam.

I was doubtful of the 2 items I ordered and I was amazed on the quality and genuine when I opened the package
I would like to thank the owners of the jewellery shop and hope that they have a great retirement in the future.
I would honestly buy more if they were available

I referring to reviewers you already have on Trustpilot.com. They are: Peter Sanderson (GB); Jem Stone (AU);
Sobia Ambreen (GB); Dianne Learmouth (GB).
I am agree with every their words.
But for some reason negative reviews moved from public. And this advertise appears again.
STOP this false company to get money from people. STOP!!!!

It's just nice costume jewellery
It's just nice costume jewellery. Useful if you don't want to take your good jewellery with you on holiday. But very obviously not real. The stones aren't even good imitations. I got a "ruby" bracelet with a stone missing. I'm glad I only paid the postage cost. The items are worth no more than that. Their valuations are unrealistic! Who would pay significant money for gold plate and coloured glass? It's ok if you like pretty costume jewellery.
