We run some tours ourselves and also sell some from other vendors. We can't control how they run their tours but we are hoping that our system becomes so good that they too want to adopt the changes we've made to improve efficiency and timing. Of course traffic in a big city and in general with the construction going on all over Hawai'i can make things a bit challenging at times (also if guests are late at the pick-up location). Aloha Lisa, We apologize for any inconvenience, but I am only able to see that we canceled a tour due to your son being ill and it was refunded. I am forwarding this to a supervisor immediately. We work with vendors and can't always control if they cancel a tour within 24 hours as they control their tours. If that was the case, it is not us cancelling on you, it's the vendor who runs the tour and owns that particular company. We generally do not cancel tours we run unless there is inclement weather.
