The fast turn around fixing a shipping product error.

Hi Jason Thank you for the order and sorry for the time the parcel took to get to you. As established via email, it was the fault of USPS who misdirected the parcel and ultimately delayed the entire process. For our part, we picked, packed and dispatched the order the same day the order was made and when it came to light that USPS has made an error we kept you updated and resent using a faster courier, UPS at our own cost. I hope you can see that despite the error by USPS we actually did try to make the situation right. in light of the above, despite the delay it would be most appreciated if you could remove the 1 star review. As a small family business this will impact us negatively and I am sure overall you don't want to do that as its clear our intentions were pure and honourable and instead if you could accept our deepest apologies for the situation it would mean a lot to us.
