Random tattoos & mismatched jewelry
The photos look good, but it added random tattoos and jewelry (that doesn't match) and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove them. Otherwise, I'm happy.

My first order was excellent, which is why I came back. Although my second experience wasn’t perfect, the team handled my concerns professionally and made things right. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and would happily use their service again.

Make sure your selfies are reflective
Headshots were quick. It really is dependent on your selfie uploads. More than 75% of mine weren't right on the first try, but on the redo, I picked better selfies and got exactly what I needed. HR was super happy I was able to provide a professional headshot quickly!

The AI got much better since I last…
The AI got much better since I last used it and is now very much capable of generating nose piercings accurately. Very few "missings" or bad pictures. Atleast 50% of the pictures were usable, if not even more.

The results were decent until I tried to edit them> I clicked change experssion to confident. Change to smiling. Change to friendly. All the results were identical. The frustrating part is that there is no optino to contact customer service, forcing customers to their reviews.

The overall process is straightforward; however, I would have liked to have more choices for outfits and backgrounds. The photos looked great, but on one of them, they added glasses to my face. None of the photos I provided had me wearing glasses and there was no obvious way to remove them.
