The online portal to order tests was efficient and easy. 3 days later results not received, and website says "test not available" but they mean the test results are not yet posted. Confusing, but I called and got results over the phone on a Saturday.

I absolutely love this service. It was simple, easy and very quick. It gave me peace of mind in seeing if there’s anything that I need to be concerned about in my health… I went in for bloodwork on Monday and by Wednesday I have my complete full work up

I am from the NW, I scheduled a few tests for my father which required fasting so needed to be early in the day. What I thought would be a simple process turned out to be a nightmare, none of the nearby labs had an availability till a week or 2 weeks out, when I tried changing to in home collection their system was broken 2 days straight, I lost complete trust when I asked for a refund and they asked for a 20% cancelation fee which was preposterous. I will certainly not be using Health Labs again

Tried an anti snore product and not only it didn’t work, but my neck very sore. Requested a refund but they never responded my emails. Super disappointed

The process was super easy. Made the order online, stopped by one of their labs (no appt needed), was there for 15 minutes, and got my result the next day. Highly recommended if you are looking to get tested on your own without a doctor or insurance.

My husband has stage IV lung cancer and…
My husband has stage IV lung cancer and we are seeking treatment to help to save his life. In order to get treatment, we needed a test done. We ordered the test online and went to a local testing center. We paid in full and he provided the blood that was required for the test. We were told that his results would be in his portal in 1-3 days. We had hoped they would be ready in 1 day, as time is of the essence for him. We had also read that this test takes approximately 2 minutes for results, so we were very hopeful that he would have results quickly. We had read on their website that their tests are done promptly and that we would have the results within 3 days. So, it is in writing and we were told this verbally. It has no been 6 days and still no results. We have called and talked to many different people, all of which have given us different information. We were promised that they would be ready by today. They weren’t available by 4 PM EST, so we called again. We were then told that they would be in his portal no later than 7 PM Central Time. So, we waited and they were not there at 8 PM EST. So, we called and were told to wait another hour. We did that, and still nothing. We called again and were told that they would be there by midnight. I asked how we could trust them at this point and what so we do if they are not there by midnight. They then said if that happens, they will send a follow up. This follow up takes another 24 hours…it’s a notification to their support team to follow up as it’s past the time frame. It’s beyond disheartening to have to beg and wait for days longer than we were promised. We paid on time, we provided the blood, and now they have all of the control and zero compassion for our desperate situation. It feels very illegal to present terms to a customer, take their money and blood and then change the terms and not fulfill their promise and to not provide any services. We have spent a lot of time trying to get these results. /‘d we’re desperate for help at this point. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid this company at all costs. I would hate for anyone to have to be lied to, led on and left feeling helpless. I truly hope my review helps anyone that is trying to decide if this is a trustworthy business. Please take my word that it is NOT.

I purchased an allergen test for almost…
I purchased an allergen test for almost $50, and I am quoting from the email: "You DO NOT need to show your ID or give your insurance information to the lab" (emphasis in original). When I got to LabCorp, they made me scan my ID into their system. People do not know how much data is in the ID. Do you know that the license number has encoded information? They don't know how powerful data can be in the wrong hands. No, what they always do is say they'll never be hacked. And then when they're hacked, they don't tell anyone. Least of all, you. So I told them at LabCorp that they're d*cks. This is literally what I said, and I stand by it. What do they think, that someone is going to steal my test? The results are emailed to me. So someone is going to take the allergen test, and I will receive his results? So I wrote to HealthLabs, and they didn't click on the image, replying that of course the lab needs your ID, how else are they going to make sure that you are the person needing the test, other than to capture your valuable data and save it online in a cloud server somewhere where it can be hacked? So I wrote back the qoute, from their emial: "You DO NOT need to show your ID or give your insurance information to the lab." And, of course, I have received no answer. These people don't care about my data. When my house is stolen, nobody who was responsible will be around. On the contrary, they'll say I must have posted it online -- but it definitely wasn't them. The worst part is that you can't get them to say that they don't care. So they are liars, too, in a way, always saying how deeply they care about my private data, and never able to explain how it gets out there, when I only ever am forced to share it with them.
