Explanations and format easy to understand. What was difficult was trying to sign back in to my/our account(s). One should be able to do that directly from the Home screen. Otherwise, satisfied with signing up for Medicare Advantage for my husband and myself.

The website is easy to understand and navigate. Medicare.gov is confusing and I couldn't find all the information I was looking for. The agent that I spoke with was very helpful in answering the questions that I had. I will definitely recommend this site to others.

Over and above is not something I hear lately in this country when it comes to genuine service and honest help. I had put off signing up for my Medicare Advantage Plan for over 2 years strictly because of my previous experience with both Government and Corporate locations. Roberta is the friendliest, most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! She was able to go over a few plans with my Dad and I and find the best plan for him.
