The young lady I was fortunate to get was Janet. She never missed a beat. From the very start she was wonderful, very knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond. In deciding what plans to go with, I was getting a headache and couldn't seem to find anything that covered my various needs.
